5 /5 Richard Simmons: A Wonderful Clinic Experience with Caring Staff, but Arrival Time Matters
I have been to Harris Health Same Day Clinic multiple times, and each visit has been nothing short of wonderful. The professionalism and care displayed by the nurses and doctors have truly impressed me. However, there is one aspect of the clinic’s operations that I feel should be communicated more clearly to avoid inconveniences.
First and foremost, the staff at Harris Health Same Day Clinic are truly exceptional. Their expertise and compassion are evident in every interaction. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The nurses were attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain the procedures. The doctors were thorough in their examinations, providing clear explanations and offering appropriate treatment options. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff’s dedication to patient care.
That being said, there is a crucial aspect of the clinic’s advertised hours that I believe needs to be clarified. While the clinic advertises being open until 8pm, I would strongly advise arriving hours earlier to ensure you are seen. Today I was turned away due to the clinic reaching its capacity for the day. This can be quite frustrating, especially when one has made the effort to travel to the clinic only to be denied medical attention.
Therefore, my recommendation to Harris Health Same Day Clinic is to improve the communication regarding their operating hours. It would be immensely helpful if they made it clear that although they close at 8pm, patients should arrive hours earlier to guarantee being seen. This way, people can plan their visits accordingly and avoid disappointment or unnecessary travel difficulties.
In conclusion, my experiences at Harris Health Same Day Clinic have been consistently positive. The staff’s professionalism and genuine care have been exemplary. However, it is important for the clinic to communicate more explicitly about the need to arrive early to secure a spot for treatment. By doing so, they can ensure that patients have a smoother experience and avoid the inconvenience of being turned away.
