5 /5 Mark Camacho: By far one of the best hospitals I’ve ever been to my in entire life. The doctors treat you respectfully and listen to your needs, and the nurses are amazing. I wanted to definitely make a shout out to Robert. He was my nurse the entire time he was absolutely phenomenal. He was gentle with the needles and he always made me laugh. Thank you so much for providing service to me and getting me better. It means a lot to me.

5 /5 Faaron Saunders: Outstanding Experience! If you live in Bastrop and need emergency care, Ally Medical is the place to go. After a possible broken ankle from a pickleball injury, we first went to Ascension Seton ER (staff was friendly but lobby was filled with people) and waited over two hours. Frustrated, we decided to leave and headed to Ally Medical—and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. Sonja at the front desk was welcoming and efficient. We were in a room in under ten minutes. Thank you to ER tech Shelby for the quick pain relief, and to X-ray tech Daniel for completing the imaging within 45 minutes. Dr. Hatfield provided a clear medical plan, and we were out the door in under two hours! Nurse Danny was compassionate and thorough, ensuring the ankle was wrapped properly and providing crutches with care. The facility was not only efficient but also considerate—offering coffee and snacks, which was much appreciated since we missed dinner. Compared to our experience at Ascension, Ally Medical exceeded all expectations. If you need emergency care, don’t hesitate—go to Ally Medical.

5 /5 Ashley Vinklarek: Check in was super easy and much quicker than any place I’ve been to. The staff was very friendly, I absolutely loved them. They made light of a difficult situation for me. I will definitely be returning here and recommending them to friends and family. Dr. Dale Dyer was very efficient and talked me through getting stitches. My nurse Shelby was so sweet and explained everything to me great. Amazing staff.

5 /5 Carolina Avila: The best care! My little girl came in for an allergic reaction. Yuri and Debbie received us with such warmth. In less than 2 minutes we were called in by our sweet nurses Amanda and Joan. They both made her feel very comfortable. Dr. DeSai was very caring and knowledgeable. He truly cares for his patients. The medical team was able to treat my little one’s condition while making her feel at home. Thank you all for being a blessing to my family and to the rest of the community. God Bless!
