5 /5 Wendy Douglas: Dr. Akkanti has a Very kind and tolerant demeanor. Has a great "sense of humor." ("bedside manner" as us GenXers call it) she treats my grandkids with the kindest heart.
I should mention the staff as well. Very helpful with insurance and billing issues. Customer service is exemplary. We had issues with insurance, and they walked me right through it. Great resolution. My grands got their physicals on time! And apparently, it was a very comedic event as I heard they laughed their @$$#$ off in the room.
