5 /5 Jodi Thomas: Dr. Twining, Dr. Nap and all staff, provided exceptional care for my 10 week old, very sick, lab puppy. They took the time to explain everything clearly and help me make the necessary decisions. Because of them, She is on the road to making a full recovery. I am so thankful for their care and patience with my puppy and me! They were amazing!!

5 /5 Kelly B: The whole staff was great! As I walked in, they took my dog back to get vitals and assess her. Dr Twining came in and established rapport, asked questions to better understand my dogs medical challenges, and discussed treatment options. There were times where I waited while they treated other animals. I could hear others talk to the front desk clerk who was so patient and supportive with everyone. I’m so glad there is an emergency clinic nearby that shows care and compassion.

4 /5 Tammy Williams: Front counter staff just ok not very compassionate. Dr. Coffee was fantastic & so was vet tech . My baby was attacked by a coyote and they got her bandaged up, hydrated & on meds!

5 /5 Stacey Allen: Although we left with a very heavy heart, we are appreciative of the care Dr. Twinning and the staff provided to our Dolly as well as us. Unfortunately our 6 year old Dolly passed away but she loved us every day of her life and we loved her just as long and forever more. Thank you for being the voice of reason when we were hurting.

4 /5 Julie Buchanan: UPDATE: The manager of the clinic, Deborah, contacted me after reading my initial review, most of which I have now deleted. I was impressed & appreciative at the genuine concern Deborah showed regarding not only my experience at her clinic, but also the well being of my dog. Ultimately, Sadie Mae and I returned to the clinic to see the medical director, Dr. Twining, and go over the details of Sadies previous visit in person. We had an absolutely wonderful visit with Dr. Twining, Deborah (who came specifically to see us during her off time), Mike (vet tech) and Mikes wife (also vet tech who name is escaping me). The care, concern and compassion all 4 of these people showed is what I expect from all veterinary professionals. Not to mention they were just a fun group of people that are genuinely happy while at work. Because of their follow up we parted on very good terms with the understanding that if I need emergency vet care in the future, I will be calling to find out which doctor is working. If the doctor with whom we had multiple bad experiences is on duty, I will go out of town before seeing her again, but everyone else there is a-ok! PART OF INITIAL REVIEW: I just dont have adequate words at the moment. Ive been to this clinic twice, ironically almost exactly 1 year apart. After reading numerous raving reviews about some of the doctors at this clinic, I feel cheated to have seen the same doctor at both of my visits that left me far from satisfied.
