She was super quick to respond, and got me in the following day. Alex evaluated my eyelashes and went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about further treatments and to ensure the safety of my lashes and skin around my eyes. She gave me product and tools to help build my growth back and walked me through the steps. She explained every last step in detail with promoting the actual safety of my skin/lashes. Not only does she take great care of the esthetics portion, she’s incredibly sweet, kind and warm. Her space is so cozy and inviting. I’m so glad I found her!
