Go in realizing you will be charged for a diagnostic on your vehicle. I understand the charge, but I would have liked to have known up front.
The money is not the point to me, it’s the transparency, or lack there of, but many may not be able to afford $130 just to find out what’s wrong with it.
Our hypothesis is a transmission on a 9 year old car with 207,000 mi on it, so off to buy a new car.
All in all this is a very good place to bring your vehicle for repairs and I would go again if needed.
