5 /5 D Mac: I had engine issues with my 2014 Ram and was in need of a great mechanic, this is my go to shop now. Ned and his employees at Auto Truck Clinic were outstanding throughout the entire repair of my truck. They were thorough, honest, and communicated clearly every step of the way. The customer service was excellent — Emily was always providing timely updates, ensured there were no surprises, and genuine professionalism. Ned discussed any issues he found and made sure the wife and I were both comfortable with the repair before proceeding. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Highly recommend!

4 /5 larry Johnson: I’m editing my review for the time being. I was able to have a sit down discussion with Ned about the issues that I posted in my last review. Ned explained the issues on his side and I explained the issues on mine and we were able to work out the details to both of our satisfactions. If he is willing to sit down and have a adult conversation about a customer’s concerns and issues with the service they receive then he certainly deserves a second chance to earn said business. In today’s business world to many would simply write the customer off and continue on This was a refreshing change to what most of us have encountered.

5 /5 Carolyn Carroll: I first met Ned when I took my Kuboto tractor to him for repair. If you have a old vehicle or tractor Ned can fix it. He is brilliant and charges a fair price!
