5 /5 Rudy: Norman is remarkable. Not only as a mechanic, but an owner as well. The same is to be said of the entire crew working there. For as long as hes been in the business of repairing automobiles of all types and phases, I wish that we had met 30 years earlier so as to have saved a lot of time and had my money well spent. This place does it right in meeting my expectations without discussion of diagnosing, repairing, and the turnaround time like that of a pit crew... Nuff said..!

5 /5 krystal ramirez: Spoke with the owner Norman at Ava’s. This guy is awesome. Very reasonably priced and explains in detail what is wrong with the vehicle. He brought out the damaged part for me to look at and found the best priced parts for me and cost of labor was great priced aswell. Norman is down to earth and genuinely cares about your safety while operating your vehicle. I drive a Lexus so parts can get expensive. While being a women it’s easy for mechanics to take advantage and overcharge you. But Not Norman he is honest and hard working. I will definitely be using him again and referring my friends and family
