Chad helped me get checked in, I told him about my concerns, and I left the key at the counter. I expected the guys to need my car for a couple days at least. Only a few hours later Chad called to tell me that my Honda was ready. I am completely satisfied with my initial experience, and everyone was very professional. I appreciate the first rate service!
