I had a situation where I didnt know what was up with my car and my dealership was being difficult so took a chance with a new business. Alex was responsive and accommodated to the limited time I had to check out my car. He figured out the problem quickly and was so kind in allowing me to drop it off during the Holiday season. He fixed my brakes wonderfully. I have passed on his business to family and friends. Thank you so much for helping me out Butler Automotive!

5 /5 Alan Strawinski: The aftermarket brakes installed by a previous owner of my 2014 Mustang GT failed (pedal went straight to the floor while coming to a stop on US 380 - that was fun), which required a tow. I came to a stop in front of Safari Towing (convenient!), who were prepared to tow me back home at my request, so that I could investigate the problem myself. After talking with the driver about what just happened, he suggested that we swing by Butler first (it was on the way), since I expressed concern with taking a heavily modified vehicle to a regular shop. Paraphrased, he said "These guys are used to working on cars like yours". Cant hurt to at least talk to em. So we did. Within 5 minutes of meeting Alex, I was confident that his shop could be trusted to perform the work. He "gets it". I told him what was up with the current state of the vehicle as I understood it (its always tricky buying an "enthusiast" vehicle from an...enthusiastic prior owner whos done a lot of unknown mods), and that I wanted the factory Brembo package (it was originally a Track Pack car) to be installed. Whatever billable research was required to figure out what the previous owner did, and what needed to be undone to achieve this, was fine by me. Ladies and gentleman, he over delivered. The aftermarket brakes that were installed on the car, required modifications to the mounts on the factory steering knuckles - necessitating replacement (and all the labor that entails) to return it to factory. As sure as Im sitting here, he replaced the pads, rotors, calipers, brake lines, knuckles, etc such that the car now had the Brembo package it originally came with for ~$1,400. All in. Parts, labor - all of it. Friends, thats not too far off from what it would cost me to order all the parts online, and do it myself in my home garage - which I was prepared to do. And he did it without me lifting a finger. And he did a damn good job. I could not be more happy with the quality of the work, the attention to detail, the ongoing communication, and the over the top fair pricing. This dude is my new go-to for ANYTHING I dont feel like doing myself. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.
