Sylvester went above and beyond to keep me well informed on every step of the repairs and was really easy to contact. My repairs were completed ahead of schedule and the final result was as if the incident never happened. 5 /5 Andrea Leckie: I recently bought a BMW 5-Series in Dallas and wanted the dealers medallion removed as it had been placed right next to the license plate. I decided to stop by Caliber because this location works on luxury cars and I knew theyd treat my car with care. I expected to have to make an appointment for the repair but the tech took my car right back to the bay and removed the medallion and polished the trunk as well. When my car was brought back to me, they said there was no charge! I tried to tip but the tech wouldnt take it and simply asked I write a review in return. I truly appreciate the courtesy and effort from Caliber today. Should I ever need a body shop, they have my business! Thank you again for the outstanding customer service.

From the moment I brought in my Range Rover SVR to the day I picked it up, the entire process was seamless. I truly appreciated the regular text updates on my vehicle’s status and the professionalism shown throughout. While Cady and the receptionist were the only two I interacted with personally, I’m grateful for everyone behind the scenes who made the repairs possible and completed them with care. Cady is a true pro—thorough, efficient, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. She deserves major kudos for making what could’ve been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable.
