After one failure the day before from a clueless so-called repair business, we were fortunate to find Albert Carrizales. For our leveling issue (looked at by 3 others over the course of one week), he came promptly and had the problem fixed. Knowledge, well-rounded experience, and common-sense ingenuity were required, and we certainly appreciated finally locating someone who could get the job done. He and his wife were outgoing and helpful with their advice. We were happy with their pricing as well. Thank you!

5 /5 Nodie_X: Amazing, fast and knowledgeable service. I have schimtek slide system that needed a new motor, however the slide was stuck in and could not access the set screw on the outside, Albert was very knowledgeable about the system was able to have me squared away in 2 hours. Also did I mention he was able to get me in super quick so I could make the destination on time. All the shops were booked out for over a month. They were able to fit me in and get me going. Highly recommend.

5 /5 TEGG: Albert is the best. He is one of the few mobile technicians who will work on an Onan generator at the RVs location. He was able to fix mine, after he ordered a part. Pleasant man and really knowledgeable regarding RV repairs. When I have another issue, he is the only technician I will contact. Call him; you wont be sorry! Five stars for sure.

5 /5 Robert Marks: I had the misfortune of needing Albert’s services on two separate occasions. I know, couldn’t both problems occurr at the same time so I’d only have to pay for one service call? The first problem was a stuffed toilet on our Class A Bounder. Albert was too busy to come personally but he didn’t want us to have to wait until he was free so he sent his brother-in-law with a hand crank snake to fix our problem and for that we were most grateful. The second problem occurred a couple of days later when we lost our shore power. Albert offered to come on a Sunday, after attending church services and we told him that while we appreciated his wanting to come on a Sunday, but that he should enjoy his day with his family. He came on Monday and, IMMEDIATELY, diagnosed our problem; something I would have never figured out in a thousand years lol. Our ground, where the shore power connects to the coach, shorted out. He merely cut the wires and reconnected the wires and we were back in business. Albert is not only EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all types of RV’s, but he is also most friendly and personable as well. A neighbor of ours at the campground had an issue with their toilet and I watched Albert cut one of his tools so that he could create a makeshift way for them to flush their electric toilet until he could order the correct part for them. His SOP seems to go above and beyond to help his customers, something that is so rare in todays world. Obviously, as you can see, I can’t say enough good things about him. If you have the misfortune of needing repairs to your RV and you don’t call Albert, you’re making a big mistake.

5 /5 Terry Sutter: We would highly recommend Albert of Carrizlaes Mobile RV Repair. Albert went above and beyond helping us get the Norcold refrigerator in our motorhome working properly. He is very knowledgeable, polite and willing to answer questions. He also helped solve the problem we were having with our leveling jacks, one jack kept lifting after we were sitting for awhile, no more, its now fixed! We just happened to stop in Kerville on our way to FL from AZ and we are so pleased we came across Albert Carrizlaes!
