5 /5 Reen B: We were trapped... 60 miles from our destination.. we had limped to a picnic area and called Slade for help. He was wonderful. Professional, knew his stuff, explained and showed all that was going on. Parts were an issue.. had to do multiple trips to get the right stuff, did not settle for improper fittings. Not his fault.. as a side note he brought us water for us and most importantly our 4 dogs who were very thirsty cuz we had run out. Great mechanic, better human being.

5 /5 Ramirez Mario Eduardo (Eddie): There is a long story that is being summarized here, but ultimately, I took my 4 year old camping, I had a momentary lapse of common sense, and I bent my tongue jack and front stabilizers. My truck was stuck and could not be unhitched. Slade with Central Texas RV answered my call immediately and was at my campsite within 30 mins. He didn’t pass any judgment on my mistake and got the trailer ready for towing within another 30 mins. Finally, instead of having to file a claim with my insurance, Slade was able to fix and replace everything for the same amount as my deductible, and he did so within a 2 week turnaround. (This would have been faster, but the stabilizer needed to be factory ordered.). This was a hell of a camping trip, but Central Texas RV will forever be in our cell phones as “lifesavers”! They are available 24/7.
