From the minute you pull up to the shop to when you get your vehicle back. You know you were treated with a different level of costumer service that you just dont get from those big out of town shops. Michael far exceeded my expectations in every way. I just dont why you would even consider going anywhere else for your mechanical or body shop repairs. Thank you Michael and CC Transformations.

Not only did they assess what was needed and contact me to discuss the costs prior to repair; one of the owners then called me afterwards to make sure my truck was running well and that I had a pleasant experience with the technicians during the process of my vehicles repair. They were able to get the work done quickly and resolve the issues I was having. I also will mention with no names that I had taken my vehicle to another place and that company had told me that the vehicle was not repairable. I sought a different opinion with CC Automotive and they were able to diagnose the issue and repair, which tells me the level of competence from their techs was much better than the initial company I had look at my truck. I will use them from now on and I have also told my dad to take his vehicle there in the future based on my positive experience.
