At Chassis By Zach, where I had to leave my BMW for repairs during a road trip, I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism, integrity and diligence of the entire staff. It took them a short period of time to make some critical repairs on a European car that no other shop in the area would even attempt to diagnose, much less repair. I just want to publicly thank them for all of the excellent qualities and work ethics that they retain. Thank you so very much for everything. You are the backbone upon which this country was built.

5 /5 Mitch Macomber: Went to Fredricksburg to camp with a group for the weekend. As soon as I got camper set something went wrong with truck. Called around Friday morning to see if any shop could look at that day, the only ones that would help me was Zach. We were going to tow truck to their shop, but he said no, Ill have someone there in a couple of hours to check it out!(First sign of great customer service). Once Charlie arrived, the diagnosis was not good, miss-fires on #3 & #4. Next they come back with their flatbed and tow to their shop. Over the course of the next week they were able to work my truck in and diagnose problem. Karen is a gem and very knowledgeable of their industry. She talked me through step by step issues and results to every last detail. They were able to fix problem and then worked with me on getting truck back. So as I didnt have to take time off work, we coordinated a pick-up after hours. The whole group of people here are very thorough in all they do and maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism. If only they werent 3 hours away Id be using them for any and all auto services. If you are in that area I highly recommend their services.

5 /5 Brenda Cole: My 8 year old Acura MDX with 115,000 miles developed engine trouble about 100 miles from home. I called Zach to get advice on how to proceed. Zach was very patient and listened to my description of the engines woes. He agreed to come pick me up in Lampasas with his flat bed tow truck. This was Friday mid day. Early the next week his shop had diagnosed the problem then searched for the best very price on the part. Zach and his team are excellent diagnosticians and very thorough. I believe Zachs provided thorough and competent service on my Pilot and I feel comfortable that I can trust them to work on my car. I also appreciate the suggestions for maintaining my car.
