5 /5 Kathryn Loeffler: Outstanding service and next time my 100K+ car needs a repair Ill be taking it straight back to Felipe and the good folks at Quality. First off, I thought my car needed a much more expensive repair. Felipe correctly diagnosed what was actually wrong with my car and was honest with me that it needed a repair that was 1/3 of the price I was expecting to pay for. What I thought was wrong with my car. Goes to show. I dont know nearly enough to diagnose my own car from talking to Google. Felipe is a true professional and honest to boot. I was expecting it would take several weeks to fix my car as everything seems to take so long these days but to my total shock and delight my car was ready in 3 days!!! From start to finish their shop was honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They also gave me a quote before I even brought my car in and that was the price I paid. Paid. I appreciate that they only use dealer parts for my particular repair so I can be confident that the part wont go out in the future and that I can feel safe on the road. All in all. Cant recommend this car shop enough and highly recommend if your car is in need of repair that you give them a call. Thanks again Felipe, your shop is a great service to the community.

5 /5 Anita Reed: On a long road trip from San Antonio to Flagstaff, the fan in my friend’s car would not shut off when the motor was off. Worried about overheating, we stopped here. They got us in immediately and ran a diagnostics. As two 70-ish women traveling alone, we were worried about scam repairs. But this nice man took the time to fully explain and say he was seeing nothing that warranted repair. Explained what was happening and what to do if it happened again. We appreciated his friendly attitude and honesty. She made it to Arizona with no more problems, just like he said!

They were very accommodating and though they didnt have the parts on site they sent us to the RV park and came to us the next day to fix the problem. Highly recommend! Great service!

5 /5 Sara Norris: I was traveling alone, halfway through a 13hr road trip across Texas when my car started losing power and was struggling to accelerate. Even though the shop was busy, Felipe took the time to check out my car and get me back on the road asap! He wasnt able to fix it that day since I was just passing through town, but he did everything he could to help me. He even pulled up a map on his computer to show me a better route to get to my destination and gave me all the information I needed to get my car repaired when I got home. Im so grateful for his help and the peace of mind he was able to give me to finish the rest of my road trip. I highly recommend his shop!
