5 /5 Jesus Corner: Chi is the owner and the only person working there for her customers. She is a very customer service oriented and focused on her work. Talked to her a little bit to not distract her too much. Very nice person. Makes you feel welcome. Also, the nails that she made have been the only ones so far Ive been satisfied with in Del Rio. No appts, walk ins only, so keep in mind that depending on the day the wait can be high or low.
