5 /5 Jake: Keeping in mind that service at a dealership is always a bit more expensive, this experience was worth every penny. Friendly and knowledgeable advisors, knowledgeable and experienced techs and the inspection and tire rotation was included. Did not try to upsell me at all. The tech found a broken load sensor arm, apparently left by the last dealership to service my truck, and as he had an extra one from a previous job, he bent the bracket back into place and replaced it for free. After all that, it was still the fastest diesel oil change I’ve had done. Will definitely be back here for all my service for as long as I’m in the area.

The team at the fast service center was fantastic—super helpful and professional. The technician assisting me was awesome, walking me through everything clearly. However, I was a bit embarrassed when they showed me my air filter—it was shockingly dirty, like it hadn’t been touched in years! I even asked to check the bay to confirm it was mine, and sure enough, it was. No fault of theirs; they were just being thorough and helpful. Overall, great service, and I appreciate their attention to detail, even if it led to a humbling moment for me! I’d definitely recommend College Station Ford for their excellent customer service.

They came out to our house and checked it here, taking a weight off my shoulders. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and they made things incredibly easy! Great service!
