5 /5 Brooke Cordova: Emergency visits are just not a fun time, but this hospital makes it bearable for the kids. They were very thorough in their testing and took my concerns for kid very seriously, and they never dismissed any questions or concerns I had. I love that they provide a child specialist who works with the kids to help them understand what is going on. There are always going to be wait times at ERs, and a lot of that depends on the season/time of day. We were fortunate to be seen pretty quickly but even when we were waiting hours for test results, we still felt the staff to be super attentive. I drove 40+ minutes for my child to be seen here and I am glad I mad that decision. These providers care about the kids!

5 /5 Nicole Hodgens: We are from Tennessee and was visiting for spring break when my 3 year old got really sick. If i could give this hospital 10 stars i would. Everyone was so nice and took really good care of my child. We was only in the waiting room 5-10 minutes before they got us back. They was very thorough with her. She ended up having pneumonia and was admitted to the 6th floor for observation overnight and I dont have anything bad to say about anyone. They treated her like a princess. Very thankful for everyone who seen my child.

5 /5 Tanya M: I absolutely love this emergency room, and drive the 20 minutes out each time because the level of care and concern is unmatched. I was there twice this week with two different children, and both times, they were absolutely slammed with patients (this unfortunate time of year) but every single nurse and doctor was kind, patient and so caring. My 1 year old needed an IV and the nurse who administered was able to do it in seconds and my baby didn’t even cry. It was the day before her birthday they even came and brought her birthday gifts. Thank you Dr Tanner and the rest of the team that worked today . You guys are angels walking on earth.
