5 /5 Matthew Lewis: Unfortunately, my dad ended up in the ER yesterday. Luckily, Dr. Heflin took care of him. Dr. Heflin and the ER staff were awesome. Dr. Heflin listened, was empathetic and very helpful. The nurses and staff were fast, attentive, and friendly. In this season of thanksgiving, I just wanted to recognize how great these people are at what they do, and how thankful I am that we ended up there in our time of need.
