I took my car to the Chrysler dealership here locally and was charged an outrageous amount for a repair that was not requested or authorized. Eric, the mechanic, told me to take my car to him and he informed me that he has the same certification as the dealership but the repair will be at a lower price. Not only did he fix my car at a lower price, he informed me that the dealership misdiagnosed my car and the repair was very simple and test drove it to relieve my stress. Thank you Eric for being a competent mechanic and you will definitely be the first to be called on my next repar.
