5 /5 Carol: Obviously those old reviews dont apply anymore, I havent had any negative things to say, only positive. They always answer the phone and get me in at the time I want to go. First time patients do have to go in early in the morning but they can do appointments anytime after that. Everyone was very sweet and helpful. One of the girls even helped me out to my car when I didnt have my walker. I highly recommend the Newton location!
