5 /5 Nora: Not only is Melissa amazing at what she does, she made me feel so safe and comfortable from the moment I walked in. I have extreme anxiety about getting my hair done and she listened, never once made me feel judged or uncomfortable, asked before touching my hair and explained everything she was doing before she did it. And at the end, I had the most beautiful haircut I have ever had! She is a wonderful human and fabulous artist.
