5 /5 Alan Leiker: We had a serious electrical issue with our Jeep. We took it to the dealership first, they had it for 3 weeks and couldnt figure it out; this coupled with the fact that their customer service was terrible made us decide to bring our vehicle here instead. Galveston Automotive was very professional, communicative, and they took good care of our vehicle. They were much more proactive and were able to troubleshoot the problem and have it repaired in about two weeks. They gave us updates throughout, letting us know what they were working on, as well as the various costs. When it came time to pay, they were good about working with our Extended Warranty company, which we used to help cover the costs of the repairs. Highly recommended!
