5 /5 PastelSkys: Brought in my 2013 VW Jetta TDI. Sal was upfront when mentioning that he doesnt usually work with this type, but was willing to see what can be done as far as replacing the serpentine belt, tensioner and also doing the timing belt service at 120k. Dropped car off on a Wednesday and not to be surprised, the car is a fighter and always has been. Got the car back a few days later than predicted, but he was able to get the work done and it was done well. Car left the shop as if it was brand new, very smooth. I thank him very much for him taking the time to work on a car that doesnt frequent his shop. Communication was on par as well letting me know when the job took longer than expected. Diag fee was presented up front and put towards the final cost. Will return when services are needed.
