5 /5 Paula R: Our 2010 Chrysler PT Cruiser had a problem with the coolant temperature back in June, just as the weather was turning hot in South TX! Since this is our only mode of transportation, and like most folks--were on a tight budget--it was imperative to find a reputable repair shop. After scouring multiple reviews online, we chose R&R to do the work, and were very happy that we did! They got us in the next day, and they ran a diagnostic test to pinpoint the issue. They confirmed it was the coolant thermostat going out, so they ordered the part from a local auto parts store that quickly delivered it to the shop. The actual installation didnt take too long, and the total cost including the diagnostic test, was $353.00, which we felt was very reasonable for honest work! R&R did a great job, and we were very impressed with the whole experience. They just gained our business for all our future auto repair/maintenance needs!
