5 /5 Brylin Springer: My family experienced a great loss on March 6, 2025. My grandfather was rushed into the emergency room by my grandmother and passed not 20 minutes later. Our family lives 6+ hours away from them, so we’re unable to be there when this happened. The staff in the emergency room will remain heroes to my family. They treated my grandmother with so much professionalism, care, respect, empathy, and kindness. Words will never fully explain the gratitude that my family owes these heroes. She sat and mourned the loss of her husband of 55 years for 3+ hours without ever a nasty glare, hurrying encouragement, or even a rush. She was able to say goodbye to him one final time and even though I’m sure it inconvenienced the staff and their duties- they never let it show. Truly from the bottom of my heart, whom ever was working that night, thank you. You allowed an old woman to say her final goodbyes, and hugged her tightly while we rushed to be there. You are forever heroes to the Springer family.
