5 /5 Grace L: I just drove from Denton to this Plano location at Intergrity 1st Car Pros. Shoutout to Tanner, Jason and Steven for taking care of my Kia Sorento. I appreciate the honesty and knowledge that the entire team here has shown me. I was able to get new spark plugs and Fuel Induction service done. I didnt have an appointment but Tanner was able.to assist me immediately. The waiting room is very comfortable and I was also given a free lyft ride to run errands. Im extremely happy with the services. Ill be returning soon with my daughters Honda Civic.

Jason provided great customer service and took the time to answer all my questions—really appreciated the clear communication throughout the process. Big shoutout to Eric, the Ford maestro, for troubleshooting and fixing up my F-150 like a pro. The rest of the staff was super cool and friendly too. Great experience all around—glad to have my truck back and running strong!

5 /5 jba: Ive been to this shop a couple times before with a 2016 Volkswagen Beetle. While my visits were either due to minor concerns like a small oil leak or some more intensive maintenance services like a transmission fluid change, they were nonetheless honest, quick, and happy to help however they can. I cant quite remember the name of the service advisor (Tanner?), but theyve been great each and every time. Thanks again!

5 /5 Bob Williams: I was always treated to the best customer service. Tanner kept me informed about the process and was quick to respond to my calls. Their service was excellent(better than the Ford dealership) and they were finished quickly. This is my 3rd interaction with this company, and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this company and especially this location for anyone in Plano looking for a reliable and honest mechanic. Thanks for all your hard work.

5 /5 Lois Johnson: From my initial check where I received my prioritized list of things to do, to getting the initial must do done, I have been very impressed. I moved to Texas 6 years ago and havent been able to find a good auto shop. Last 3 years, Ive been in and out of the hospital. So the car took low priority. My daughter brings her car here and appreciates the fine service. I finally did what she had been encouraging, and brought my car in. I loved that I had a list of must do, next need to do, and final things. Im 70 so its helpful. My place in Illinois had been great and didnt take advantage and neither do you. Thank you. Youre my place to go from now on.
