I met Jay when I bought a used car from him, but before I got home with it, the check engine light and brake lights came on. I called Jay, he immediately drove 15 miles with a car hauler and picked it up. He diligently diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and drove 15 miles again to deliver the car, at no cost to me. In an age of computers, automated phone systems, and virtually no true customer service, my experience with Jay has been reminiscent of the good ole days. Good folks! I highly recommend Jays Auto!

Jay went above and beyond by replacing the panoramic leaking seal. I was so very stressed he simply said I got you and he did and stands work and word.
