5 /5 Susan Valentine: Nice, friendly staff and very clean and well managed facility! Makes the experience so pleasing. They offer water each time. The massage chairs are great. The nails look beautiful!

I gave a 4 due to a bit of impatience on their part (me picking a color) and the (ongoing it seems everywhere) Language Barrier.. Ly did a great job on my nails I’m real happy with them
