5 /5 Cheyanne Crooks: These guys are great! They are honest, very caring and they treat you like family. From the moment I walked through the door they were there to guide me through the process of getting my car fixed. They also made me aware of how the insurance process works so i didnt get stuck paying unnecessary fees and deductible for something I didnt do. They got my car right in so the process could get started ASAP. They also went out of their way to take me to Enterprise to pick up my rental car and waited very patiently for the insurance company to sort things out. I wish there were more honest people like these gentlemen in this world! I would go out of my way to recommend them!

He helped me navigate this whole process from getting into a rental to keeping me informed about the details concerning vehicle repair. He went over and beyond to assist me during this unfortunate time. He also made sure my vehicle was clean after the repairs were complete. 5 /5 Sherry Austin: Here’s a little before and after picture of my cars paint job that Honda recalled and refuse to fix. So grateful for L & P Paint & Body Shop Inc. in Palestine for taking good care of my car and getting her all fixed up with a new windshield and paint job! I’ll definitely be going back if anything else goes wrong! I just realized that they fixed my back windshield wiper that broke due that really bad ice storm few years back and I didn’t even ask for that. GREAT PEOPLE.
