5 /5 Gary Dugger: I recently learned about the services that they offer. I have been totally amazed at how caring and dedicated they are. The director came to my house and established a profile of our needs and immediately took action to ensure our family needs were taken care of. The nurse practitioner came to our house within a couple of hours and assessed our family member. Both individuals were so knowledgeable and professional and I’m just extremely grateful to both of them. I just can’t express my gratitude enough, these individuals really care about their patients, more than anyone else I have ever experienced.
