Everyone from the mechanics to the owner was courteous and professional. If I ever need repairs I will be returning here for sure.

The entire team was kind and professional, and Lloyd in particular did an excellent job communicating with me and clearly explaining everything. They also offer a discount for hospital employees, which is a great bonus. The shop is conveniently located right across from the DART station, making it easy to drop off your car and go to/from work, especially if you work at Parkland or UTSW. I highly recommend this shop and will continue using their services!

5 /5 Gabriel Andino: Phenomenal. This was my second time visiting. First time was when I was in a bind and my car battery was dead. They didnt have a battery for my car in the shop, but on a DIME they ordered a battery for me and had it brought to the shop and installed immediately. I was a walk-in and they had me out in under 2 hours. This time I went in for a scheduled oil change and to have them look at some other parts that a dealership told me "must be replaced". They were extremely quick with the service and also notified me that the parts that were in question were not only not needing to be replaced, but looked totally normal in their eyes. This kind of honesty is something that is really unmatched, and I value it in mechanics. Will be taking my car here on the regular from now on.
