5 /5 Liz Blackwelder: I came in for a full color and accent highlight, and I am so happy with the results! Victoria did a great job, even with my difficult hair. I had previous red box dye in my hair, so the highlights lifted pretty warm at the ends and bright at the roots from new growth, and she was able to put some color over them to even it out. I will warn people looking to get highlights, if you have previous color you may have to adjust your goals because they use their own brand of lightener that is less strong than bleach and will not lift as well as bleach. That being said though, with all of the burgundy dye in my hair, she was still able to get it to lift pretty well and got it to the color I wanted! I will definitely be going back for a full highlight next time
