We were stranded between Lubbock and Plainview with a busted tire on New Years, and calling every place we could to find a tire at a store that was open on the holiday. I didn’t even leave a voicemail while trying to find a place, and he called me back immediately! Was able to replace our tire in just a few minutes, and had us back on the road shortly. Great experience!
