5 /5 Carmen Roberts: From the moment we entered the facility At Oakbend Williams Way we were greeted with kindness and helpfulness. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Ms Peyton was so kind. All the staff, nurses and Doctors made our Son feel he was the most important person and reassured him that they were there to take care of him. Everyone explained exactly what they were doing. While there was delay in the surgery it was understandable and we were constantly checked on and made sure we were all comfortable and aware of what was going on. Considering we were there for our Son surgery it was one of the better experiences. The facility was very clean and easy to navigate.
