Adrienne Trevino Honestly, this is THE place to have surgery. This is a VERY strong recommendation. They are SUPER focused on preventing infection, especially by focusing on ONLY elective procedures. The center/hospital can make sure that every procedure is done correctly (and to the highest standards. Im less than 10 days out from my knee surgery, and am completely surprised by how good Im doing.

Maggie Oxman Everyone that helped with my dads surgery and post-care ranged from okay to nice but if I were to give advice to prospective patients/caregivers absolutely do not use the EASE app for updates because they have no standard procedure of when to update or who is responsible for it, and they even admitted that few people have access to send the updates or even use the software itself. We asked for home Healthcare and fully booked with a company that didnt even offer the services we had requested, so that was a huge waste of time and delayed my fathers care. They released him on a Saturday when they knew that there would be no care options for him until Monday at the earliest, and here we are on a Wednesday (3 whole days after being discharged, 7th day after surgery) and a home Healthcare specialist is just now able to come. We have tried to talk to the surgeon or PA about pain levels and received no response or help whatsoever, and anytime they said during the stay or after that they would get back to us has turned out to be an empty promise. Horribly traumatizing and unprofessional experience for both the patient and their caregiver, and we could not recommend enough to stay far away from this place and their ineptitude.

Mary So far, I don’t have any complaints. Dr. Lowe repaired my son’s lateral meniscus and the staff, nurses and everyone in between has been terrific! Could use a little more waiting areas for post surgery

William Gambino Got surgery from Dr. Maldonado to correct the Femoral Acetabular Impingement in both of my hips; surgery and recovery went great. However, the two stars is for the extremely unclear/confusing out of pocket expenses the hospital billing department has been trying to put on me; first I had to pay 10,000$, but I disputed that and got it down to several thousand dollars, and I recently paid it off. But then right when they close for the day today, I get a bill saying I owe 2,500$?? I will be disputing this as well because I cant afford to be paying these suspicious bills. [EDIT] The 2,500$ ended up being what I owed from my last surgery, and I didn’t even know about it until it came in the mail—3 months after the surgery.

Tradia Wilder I just had my second knee replacement surgery and I could not have had a better experience. From Dr. Mathis to the nursing assistants. Everyone was great. I have never felt so safe and cared for. Thank you to the entire team for making me as comfortable and confident as possible. Dr. Mathis was referred to be by another fantastic Dr. (Dr. Mihalko in memphis) and I couldn’t be more satisfied with both Drs. This is the place to have surgery! Forever grateful.❤️

Nancy Eshleman If I could give a zero I would. Their lack of communication and help here is despicable We have been waiting since 5:30 am and no one came to let us know when we were supposed to be take to surgery. . A surgery that was to be at 7:00am. It is now 11:00am. The place is sterile and cold and not a chair in the waiting room available to sit. You would think a hospital with the reputation would make patients comfortable and feel safe. I cannot recommend this hospital in the least. Not one ounce of communication

Charles Harris I spent 4 weeks in April, 3 weeks in June and am back in September to have a heart valve replaced. The doctors and the entire staff are top notch Today I twisted my wrist, mentioned to one of the doctors making rounds and within 10 minutes they showed up with the X-ray cart and the nurse applied some pain cream. This is the 3rd I mentioned something and within minutes a doctor was checking it out. They go the extra mile to make sure to provide care. Last there were no rooms available so I had to wait a while but they brought me food and finally upgraded me to a terrace suit which was nicer than a 5 star hotel room.

I dont believe he would have gotten care this good anywhere else. I have never seen such caring people. They love their jobs and care for their patients. Thank you Tomball for saving my Husband.

And I appreciated the head nurse as well coming in and checking on me. I know they have to check on you in the middle of the night thats the only thing I didnt like but overall it was a great experience. Thank you for taking care of me God bless you all

Linda Aamoth On my recent visit, everyone with whom I came in contact from check in to discharge was efficient, prepared, and exceptionally nice. Anytime you are having a medical procedure you experience some nervousness and anxiety. They do everything to make you feel you are their only concern. HCA Tomball will always be my first choice ..

Jerry Alexander Staff, nurses and the Dr were all courteous and respectful. The only negative thing I would have to say is they could do a better job of getting you to your procedure when they make your appointment time I would think you wouldn’t have to wait as long.

Natalia McBride Just had my bunionectomy surgery here last Friday and I cant say enough of the personnel - especially all the nurses - that made my stay there as comfortable as possible and also took care of my Mom who stayed with me for 3 nights. Great facility! I also liked most of the meals Ive had - they are tasty, plenty of food is given every time too. This was my 1st surgery and staff was amazing: I cant thank them all enough for my care!

matthew richcreek I had surgery there Feb 8th 2024. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and very helpful. The facility was clean but still looked warm and inviting. My post surgery recovery was terrific. I had multiple nurses tending to me and they were always quick to respond to any need. I would highly recommend them to anyone else. I traveled out of state and Im so happy that it did. Thanks to all the amazing staff.

Arianna Andrade The worst hospital experience of my life, my partner was hospitalized to be given a bad diagnosis, we were hospitalized for 3 days and in the end the reason for his pain was what we were first told in the emergency room. The attention was very slow, the first day in the room, not even the doctor came to see us, when I complained about this the only thing I received was a phone call with zero staff, I felt that they did not care about my partners condition. As you can see in the pictures the room was in a deplorable situation, I could not believe that a hospital has these facilities. The only reason I give 1 star is because of a couple of nurses who were really nice except for one who was extremely rude to me when all I did was ask to see a doctor, since I asked her to see a doctor her treatment towards us was fatal, she sighed, did not talk to us and ignored us. I feel this treatment was due to the fact that my partner did not speak English and I did my best to communicate his needs being that I’m bilingual. In conclusion a lousy service, facilities and even bad treatment for not speaking the language. Do not come here!!

Leanne Barnes I definitely have mixed feelings about this hospital. The communication between the doctors and patients was TERRIBLE. Dr. Magnus was super unpleasant. Hes rude and dismissive. His bedside manner is the worst Ive ever encountered. That being said, we had 2 nurses during the several days we were there that deserve a shout out. Leslie in the emergency room was fabulous! Paris Johnson, our nurse on the 4th floor was AMAZING! She was definitely our favorite and was super helpful! Great job to those 2 ladies!

Andrea VanEpps Absolutely the best hospital experience Ive ever seen. I had a surgery and an overnight stay. From pre op to discharge everything was great. Clean. Comfortable. Not freezing like most hospitals. Every staff member was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. About as good of an experience as one could have.

Poop Shooty My brother has been in hospital for two (2) days and has yet to see a doctor. He had surgery on his foot a few months ago at this hospital and one of the screws in his foot came out and was poking a hole in the bottom of his foot. After several trips to emergency only to be turned away stating keep the foot bandaged and wrapped. Finally, 2 days ago the pain was so severe he was finally admitted. He has been there two days and has yet to be seen by any doctor. Nurses lied yesterday and said they talked to the doctor and he would be coming this morning. Still no doctor. Asked the nurse and she said, "we were finally able to reach the doctor and he said he would be here today. We couldnt get hold of him yesterday" This is an outrage. Sounds to me like they are letting him lay in pain so they can bill his insurance for a longer hospital stay. We also had to BEG the nurses for a blanket for him as the room he is in is like and icebox. Worst place in the world to go for anything!

J K Went here against my better judgement due to the reviews and being new to Texas. Surprisingly the hospital staff last night was amazing especially Tiffany. However, today I went to pick up my prescriptions and was told “they have been canceled, someone called and stated that I never was seen there and should not have been given these prescriptions”. I called in to follow up and my call was answered by a very unprofessional male. He claimed to be a nurse in charge and was completely rude and nasty, I was asked to transferred in which I was transferred to Tiffany whom seem to not have any knowledge of what the mix up was. This is unacceptable. Here I am expecting to be getting some sort of comfortable and road to getting better and my prescriptions were canceled and the reasoning makes it even worst. I will be following up with my insurance and the hospital higher ups as well. Do better and for sure train for better customer service.

Linda Bell When we first arrived at Kindred, I was a little concerned about what we may have gotten ourselves into. It was a bumpy start. However, after six weeks here, I have come to truly appreciate that there is more going on than meets the eye, and the friendly, but extremely busy care providers and staff work hard to meet our needs. Our son wanted more PT/OT for his paralysis side effect from chemo than he could get on the oncology unit at the wonderful hospital he was in, so he transferred to Kindred. He is definitely getting additional quality therapy from very friendly staff. However, his medical situation is quite complex, so it has taken a bit to work out the kinks for coordination of care. This is where we are starting to realize that more may be happening than we realize. It seems like we discover new aspects of his care or management each week that we didnt realize was on anybodys radar. That is reassuring, especially when falling through the cracks seemed likely. Beyond medical care, we have been so thankful for certain aspects of a smaller, more down-to-earth operation like this. The main receptionist has helped me in ways I dont think a larger hospital would have; it helped ease our stress substantially. The food is as homemade as I think you can get in an institutional setting. It is very good, filling, and affordable. Again, the system takes a minute to figure out, but it works. Other features that help family are the roll-away beds, large common areas, and FREE parking under the building. It truly makes our difficult trial much easier...not to mention the hugs Ive gotten!

Coach Brotherton --- My dad was in Kindred Hospital Sugar Land for 12 days, and it was the worst experience imaginable. He was neglected throughout his stay. His cannula was not changed multiple times, making it difficult for him to breathe. When I visited, I found secretions left on his chest, and one time, he was shivering because no one had bothered to cover him with a blanket. The negligence didn’t stop there. His catheter was placed incorrectly, causing his urine to become bloody. Despite me repeatedly telling the nurse that he was in pain, they only gave him mild over-the-counter medication instead of addressing the real issue. One of the doctors even refused to speak with me because she wasn’t the attending physician—completely dismissing my concerns. If I hadn’t been there every day, I truly believe my dad’s condition would have worsened even more. The staff showed little to no compassion for patients. I wouldnt recommend this hospital to anyone. If you love your family, do not send them here! The only positive experience was with OT Mack, who was very helpful and caring. But aside from that, this hospital failed my dad in every way possible. ---

Cecilia Pineda Worst pediatrician ever “Dr. Brittany Richardson-Canty” please keep your children away from this doctor. I went there yesterday 4/8/24 because my 6 year old has been having a cough for 3 weeks and a half this is week 4 cough keeps getting worse. After waiting for 2 hrs to be seen, I kept telling this doctor last time her cough lasted this long she ended up having strep throat, she said “ I’m not testing her for strep” she did not give me any reason to why she wasn’t testing her even after showing her a rash my daughter had she said “that’s dry skin” I kept observing her and it quick came to my mind this person is not knowledgeable at all as a doctor, she was so careless didn’t even check my daughter’s throat, she said “I’m sending her a medication but if I was you I wouldn’t give it to her because it causes night mares”, so why in the world would you send something like that to a 6 YO knowing it’s not good for her, I didn’t go there to get a prescription I went there for her to tell me what could this possibly be and test her for strep, I am not the doctor to be more knowledgeable than her. I did not even pick up the medication, I have a doctor friend and I sent her the name of that medication she asked me to please DO NOT GIVE THAT TO MY CHILD, she explained to me all of the horrible side effects she even asked me why would this “doctor” send her that. Same day I went to the ER with her, she tested positive for strep and had so much fluid on her lungs. I am completely upset I went to this doctor to spend money for absolutely nothing!! Please be your own advocate for your kids and get a second opinion always because of this horrible doctors is why kids die. This person should not hold a tittle as a “Doctor”

Teresa Gonzales The absolute worst service! I brought my son here because this is the closest hospital to our home. My 9yr old developed a weird rash and extreme leg pain! I brought him in front desk super rude. I told her we have insurance but i didn’t have my physical card she said well if you don’t have it you will be self pay and get a bill! Like all they care about is money! Then, the doctor orders a strep, flu and Covid test even though he isn’t there for any of those symptoms ( I didn’t even get the results) then they attempted to draw blood fishing the line in my sons arm none of the nurses were successful at this point I’m upset and my son is tears! This was the worst we ended up walking out with zero answers as to what was going on! Dr. Kenneth Stanley and the charge nurse Joy were very unprofessional and did nothing to get answers as to what was going on with my son! I will never return here and I hope I do not get a bill for services that were not rendered! Not to mention another nurse walked out saying we ain’t gonna do nothing for them since mom is already talking S***! I said excuse me i can hear you she said oh well you are!! Well tell me wouldn’t u be upset if someone was poking your child and un able to do there job accurately and u are unable to get answers??? No compassion!!!!

Carmen Roberts From the moment we entered the facility At Oakbend Williams Way we were greeted with kindness and helpfulness. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Ms Peyton was so kind. All the staff, nurses and Doctors made our Son feel he was the most important person and reassured him that they were there to take care of him. Everyone explained exactly what they were doing. While there was delay in the surgery it was understandable and we were constantly checked on and made sure we were all comfortable and aware of what was going on. Considering we were there for our Son surgery it was one of the better experiences. The facility was very clean and easy to navigate.

Lzr Ortega’s Channel Absolutely the worst hospital anyone could ever go to. If you need medical attention RUN AWAY from OakBend Medical Center (Williams Way)! The ER staff, nurses and doctors are unprofessional and incompetent. On 12/13/24 @ around 3pm my mother went in for a PICC line procedure. It was suppose to be a simple procedure where she was suppose to get antibiotics and go home. 9PM- A contracted nurse by the hospital came in to insert a PICC line. After multiple times of informing the nurse that my mother has contractures do to being bed ridden, he proceeded to pull my mothers arm and broke her shoulder.I immediately informed him which his response was “it’s fine it just popped”. I requested X-rays which two different doctors lied and said it was ok, it was not until I kept advocating and complained with the nurse manager (that by the way was also not useful) and kept complaining that Quality and Control was called and the came to see what was going on. To be honest, they took a statement but nothing was done because apparently they can’t tell me the outcome of anything that was done including if there were any reprimands. The doctor refused to send my mother home on any meds after the hospital was responsible for breaking her shoulder. Nurses are incompetent not even knowing how to insert a Foley catheter. I had to assist and tell them where to place it. Do to my mother’s condition she wouldn’t benefit from surgery and unfortunately she will have to ride it out and it will eventually heal on its on in 8-12 weeks. Everyone working at the hospital should be ashamed of the kind of “care” that is provided. I strongly recommend you guys find a different field to work in. I am SO serious when I say INCOMPETENT and not from one, two or three nurse but the majority of the staff! The worst part is that the doctors aren’t any better. Stay away from this hospital!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Elizabeth

Kris I am deeply offended at this place! I had an ectopic pregnancy and my right fallopian tube ruptured! The surgical staff was OutStanding! However my OB never once checked on me! They refused to give me pain meds because the ob was off and when they found an alternative ob, that one flat out refused service as they said they had to many patients! I was in immense pain! The nurse didnt do a damn thing except hear me complain about the amount of pain I was in! She didnt try to call anyone else or try to figure out how to help me. I had 3 surgeries this year all of which were hospital bound for several days and they gave me the amount of meds I needed to help. Except for this place. I would recommend going to a veterinarian before going to this hospital. They do not have proper doctors or pharmacy on site. If I can find a way to contact the medical board I would demand that these ob doctors lose their licenses because they failed to render proper patient care. This place does not deserve 1 star. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone!! This place garbage!!

However, I’d like to give a special shout-out to Zack at the Rosenberg location for going above and beyond during my daughters visit today. He assisted me in a very timely manner while addressing all of my concerns with professionalism, empathy, and genuine care. It’s rare to find someone who embodies all of these qualities so seamlessly, and Zack truly made a lasting impression. Thank you for your exceptional service—highly recommend this location!

Claudia Celeste Went in on 12/23 at 5:15pm- From the front desk admin to the rna who took my vitals and to Becky, PA, all three were extremely pleasant and hospitable to me!! This was my first time going to an urgent care center and I am happy I went with Next level urgent care- Rosenberg! They called in my prescription to my preferred pharmacy and my prescription was ready within 30 minutes! If I will ever need them again I will come back and recommend to anyone needing care!

Zackary Ulrey As a transgender individual I face discrimination nearly everywhere I go. Especially in the hospital. Everytime I have been here, most of the staff are beyond sweet and responsive to your needs. Its rare for me to be treated so kindly. Thank you St Lukes for treating me like a human being.

Ogechi Nebeolisa My experience at St. Luke Sugarland Hospital has been positive every time I entered the building. The care I received was exceptional. All the doctors and nurses who attended to me were attentive, professional, and compassionate. They took the time to explain the procedures and treatments, answering all my questions thoroughly. I felt reassured throughout the process. The hospital staff, from reception to the medical team, were friendly and respectful.

MCA ShmoneyGang I am currently in your hospital, I have called patient relations 3 times since arriving to no avail, I have requested management twice, and call the nursing stations asking for charge nurses to only be rude upon requesting to speak with the charge nurse the blatantly hanging up in my face. I have been told that I am being admitted but I have not saw one doctor and the the nurses or so bad that I dont know if I trust the janitor to do a better job job than what they are currently doing.

will mills My experience with my outpatient surgery at St. Lukes Hospital was truly positive from the moment I was admitted until I was released after the procedure. What particularly stood out to me was the serene atmosphere of the hospital’s location, which contributed to an overall sense of calmness throughout my visit. The surroundings were peaceful, making the entire experience feel more comfortable. I would highly recommend this hospital to others seeking quality care in a tranquil environment.

Vanessa Flores Currently here with my daughter, worst care ever. Do the employees even want to provide care and be kind? Or, are they just so short staffed that adequate care and kindness is impossible? Thankfully I’ve been here with my grown daughter, otherwise she would not have received some of the care needed. I have been her nurse because at times we’re waiting an hour or more for a nurse to come to the room. Ridiculous! Security was called on us for going outside for fresh air, even though both the doctor and charge nurse said it was fine AND provided a wheelchair. Security was aggressive and yelling as if we were committing a crime. On top of that, she hasn’t been able to shower for 5 days because they don’t have hot water! These are just a few examples, when I have more energy I may add more but overall, I would never recommend this hospital.

Shahid Ahmed I had an appointment for my wife at Medical facility in Rosenberg. First of all it was really fast and convenient to register and have my first appointment. The front desk staff, nurse and Practitioner Nurse all gave us great professional services, the clinic is really clean and hygienic with new equipment, it serves uninsured and even low income patients. Great job.

She is caring , thoughtful and kind. The nurses are the same. They just made me feel comfortable. This place is a gem in Fort Bend county!

Kola I’ve been bringing my children to see Dr Bishop and his staff for 8+ years. We’ve seen all the docs at some point and time along the way. All of the doctors are AMAZING—we have seen Dr Honeycutt Dr Wang Dr Scott and Dr McDavitt. They’re wicked smart and personable which is rare to find these days. I feel comfortable asking even dumb questions. Sometimes there can be a wait to see Dr Bishop but it is because he takes his time with every patient and you know that when it is your turn he will do the same for your child. My sons absolutely love Dr Bishop’s nurse Rose, she talks with both of them and eases their worry in a way that I’ve never seen before. There is something about her energy and her personality that puts them (and me as a parent) at ease. A couple of the MAs rub me the wrong way—one seems very lazy and barely talks and the other rushes us to give shots and doesn’t let me hold my baby when she gets shots. This seems to be the norm in most medical offices these days. In the end it’s all worth it to know my children are in such great hands!

Caitlin Hinz We’ve been seeing Dr. Scott here since my 2 year old was a newborn, and we have never had a negative experience. Dr. Scott is so friendly and actually listens to your concerns, we never feel rushed (even when I know they’re so busy), and Nurse Chelsay is also amazing and so great with our daughter. Highly recommend them!

Bryan Mann We had our first new patient appointment, and the automated message sent us a text message with the wrong address. We were then told that if we didnt make it within 10 minutes that we would be made to reschedule for something that was entirely Texas Childrens fault. Will not be coming back.

kerem kutuk Unprofessional behavior. They canceled our appointment while we were on the way, arrived a few minutes late, and intentionally marked it as a no-show to push us towards urgent care. Our little one was crying in severe pain, and their actions were deeply disappointing. I decided to give them a chance despite their 3.5-star rating, but based on this experience, I dont think they deserve anything higher than 2 out of 5.

Misty Balli My kids have been patients of Dr. Scott’s since 2012, and I have never had a negative experience. Dr. Scott is the most caring doctor and has always trusted my “mama instincts” when discussing my children’s care. The front staff has known me by first name all the years I’ve been taking my kids there. But if Dr. Scott leaves, I would probably follow her because she has been an integral part of my children’s care for most of their lives.

Benito Hernandez I dont know who or what position she holds there but I do know that she should not be there is she feels a certain way about people. I didnt get her full name but I believe its Cindy and last name started with a B or K. I couldnt read it as she was turning away. But she looked at me and made a face like I was trash on the side of the street. How rude! Your suppose to help people not belittle them with your judgementall looks. Someone needs to tell her something.

Chris Bolton What a disgrace to not only treat people this way but veterans being treated this way. Dr refused to refill my meds cause I hadnt seen them. Then I go (cause I have to) for a scheduled appt and the DR is not here we are 45 min after the appt time and still havent been seen. Everyone who who shows up as a walk in gets told to go to urgent care. The leadership in this clinic needs to be fired and DR Nguyen needs to be fired and have his medical license removed. This clinic is so bad they dont even have a picture of the president and vice president in the lobby.

Megaman Its Friday 11:30am. There are no other patient in this Clinic, yet I have been waiting for 30 minutes for a lab draw. This is unacceptable treatment of Veterans. People are talking and laughing in the back, yet no one has attended to me. An hour later, I am still waiting while people in the front are discussing their lunch breaks. Zero awareness of what “Onstage/Offstage” conversation should be.

K R This was the first time we had to deliver at this hospital but the team we had made every thing easy for us. The drive was a killer but we knew this hospital had the best for what we needed. We loved the doctors, nurses, techs etc all of the people involved with us. Rooms were big, clean and spacious. They were very loving and caring with us regardless of how long their shift was. For the most part and for the main day of delivery, Truly enjoyed every interaction at this place. Side note, the parking; there’s one building that is easier to move around lol I can not remember which one it was

Taylor Carlos If you have an emergency definitely dont go here. I waited in the waiting room for 7 hours. just to be told that i could possibly be waiting for 3 more hours before we could get a room?! I brought my daughter in due to her having symptoms of measles (fevers, rashes, etc.) and shes only ten months old so youd expect these people to take something like this very seriously. But no the lady at the check in desk was very rude towards me once i expressed that my baby needed to be seen sooner. Dont waste youre time going here! Especially when you have an emergency!

Astri Zambrano The wait time is 8 hours. There no sense of urgency when you come in. Blood and all, they will place you in the waiting area. 8hours And that’s just to see a doctor. There no test while waiting. I should of taken my child somewhere else instead of wasting my precious time to care for my child. Worst first experience ever at this hospital.

Cindy Cantrelle I have been here multiple times with my daughter and have never been treated as such. Been here in the ER and they refuse to give her the proper service. They took people that have come in behind us and all they can give me was a number of hours I have been sitting waiting. While children are running up and down in the waiting area who also went to the back before us and then they say it goes how critical the patient is. If my child was running around screaming playing I wouldn’t want her to go in front of someone truly sick. Then they have the nerve to check in a lady going through withdrawal in front of children like I thought this was a children’s hospital not charity this by far is the worst visit ever and my child is truly sick that’s why we are still here. I was told by a nurse that they can tell by looking at child if she’s truly sick or not. This hospital has truly went down and needs to get it together

Kash Renae I have taken my son to this location four times now and every single time we have had horrible nurses. The nurses seem so inconvenienced. They don’t interact with the pts or pts family, nurses don’t small talk, introduce themselves, they don’t look at you or the patient. They come in, ask their questions, and leave. The last strike for me was the nurse who gave my 3-month-old his shots. She had no sympathy, nothing to say as he screamed to the top of his lungs in pain. She gave him his shots and left. Dr. Shah is good but the nurses seem forced to be there. I gave this place one too many chances.

D Z Parking lot is always near full in morning, but theres vacant spot in the next building, so parents with young kid may park car there and walk a few steps. The facilitys lobby has no decoration for children; suites 300 is on 3rd floor thats for Pediatric appt, it has fish tanks. front desk is friendly, check-in is efficient. We came for routine exam and vaccine, the Doctor is so so, I have no opinion for the Doctor. Nurse is warm-hearted. I will add more to review in future.

Khaoula Mazouzi Do not go there for ultrasound, never! It is not about the doctor, she was very kind and very professional and we discussed the findings together. The problem is with their billing. They are very greedy, the bill the doctor 154$ only and they deserve more than that, in the same time time they bill themselves 1100$ for using the ultrasound machine, a towel and some gel!! I had many ultrasound exams recently and I was never billed this amount towards the facility. They bill it as if it was a hospital stay and it was an outpatient ultrasound for my baby. Come on, 1100$ !! 20 patients a day and they can buy a new machine.

I checked my own pressure and took a picture of it

Coach Brotherton I cannot say enough great things about Memorial Hermann Medical Center! From the moment my loved one was admitted, the level of care and professionalism was outstanding. The doctors, nurses, and staff truly go above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Unlike other hospitals we’ve experienced, Memorial Hermann provided attentive and compassionate care. The nurses regularly checked in, making sure my loved one was never in pain or discomfort. The doctors took the time to explain everything clearly and were always available to answer questions. The facility was clean, well-organized, and had a warm, welcoming environment that made a difficult time much easier to navigate. I especially want to highlight the incredible teamwork of the medical staff. They worked efficiently and showed genuine concern for their patients’ well-being. It was clear that they treat every patient with respect and dignity. If youre looking for a hospital where your loved ones will receive top-notch care, Memorial Hermann Medical Center is the place to go. I highly recommend this hospital and am so grateful for the excellent treatment we received! ---

Yolanda Casiano Family member was admitted a couple of weeks ago. He is bed bound he isnt able to get out of bed nor is he able to feed himself. Yesterday he had his breakfast delivered to him it sat on his table and it was cold. Nurse ordered another one and it was delivered to his room. He called me and said he called the front desk to let them know his second tray was delivered to him and he waited around 45 minutes and still no nurse nor an aide came in to check up on him. He calls me and tells me he is starving and I told him I would call and talk to his nurse. I talked to his nurse and she said she would go in and feed him she was very apologetic. after ten minutes later she went in and fed him and mind me this was also when lunch was being served. Okay so he was having a blood transfusion around 1 to 2:30 pm my sister went by to check on him and he was not very happy because while he had his transfusion our she was there. They came in an hour after his transfusion they didnt check his vitals nor did they check up on him during that whole time. Luckily our sister was there to feed him dinner never during that time was he checked on to check on him after you get a blood transfusion you should check on a patient maybe an hour later or so. Now shouldnt a nurse? or a aide? come in to check up on him? to see how he is feeling and check to see if he needed anything. Basically he was left unattended the whole day without anyone checking up on him. Isnt your staff supposed to check up on patients like every once in a while. Like I said he is bed bound and cant just get up to get things he needs and hes there because he had a problem with a very serious matter on his body that caused him to be in the hospital. He could of had an emergency and with no one checking up on him that whole day and I feel that he is not being cared for adequately to check on him. He and I stay in communication all day and yesterday was one of those days where he was Neglected and not being cared for. This could of been taken cared of if he would of been checked on. What if he was thirsty and being hungry and not being taken care of by your nursing staff. If you have a family member please keep checking up on them. Im glad he and I keep in touch all day and every day if he wouldnt of told me that they never checked on him he would of gone all day without eating and just lay there being neglected by the care of your staff. Come on Herman this is very unacceptable to treat a human being this way.

Q at Would not recommend delivering a child at this hospital. One of the worst experiences of my life. The medical staff do not listen to your needs or respect your wishes. They try to force procedures on you. They also try to get cps involved if you receive late prenatal care due to medical insurance out of your control. They do not have basic essentials such as disposable underwear, pacifiers for infants, heating pads, pads, etc, they try to keep you in the hospital and the stay is very uncomfortable as they have a bunch of medical students in and out your room and different staff in and out but none of your issues are addressed. It took 12 hours l just to get a heating pad…. Still have not received a pacifier. I had to call my Obgyn at UT Physicians across the street just to get a basic muscle relaxer and a heating pad. This is by far the worse care I ever received:..: the hospital is nasty. Bathrooms are disgusting. You don’t even have a sterile environment to deliver and care for you child in! Very hard to get rest when someone is knocking at your door every 5 minutes but no one is providing proper care… it’s the basic things they they do not have that every hospital should have and they blame it on it being a Monday after the weekend so nothing is in stock…. Dahlia my nurse was great and Cassandra tried her best to address my concerns. It’s the overall system that memorial Herman has, it’s really not good. Out of the nurses control. This hospital makes way too much money for these issues. My advice is to go to memorial Herman in sugarland or on the southwest side. I would avoid the medical center by all means. I love my Obgyn at UT Physicians he only reason I delivered here but I would never in my life deliver another child at this hospital….

E My disappointment with the Veterans Affairs (VA) location that I recently visited. The staff at this location displayed a lack of empathy, professionalism, and respect for disabled veterans. The overall atmosphere of the location was old, dingy, dismissive, and rather standoffish. I hope that this issue will be addressed and that the VA will take steps to improve the quality of care and services provided to disabled veterans.

Samantha Was a huge hospital with lots of parking. Staff treated veterans with respect and were pleasant. The schedule kept us there all day and went to various areas in the VA hospital. Extremely long wait times regardless of where you went. It is the largest VA hospital in the southwest predominantly.

William Martin This is the absolute worst VA Hospital Ive ever been to. The excuse is not enough Drs. Why did you schedule an appointment if you dont have the staff available to see people. I drove over an hour to get here and two after arriving Im still sitting here. Meanwhile youve got VA workers piled on top of each other doing nothing. DOGE SHOULD get rid of most of these people since theyre not doing anything meaningful for veterans anyway.

Thanks to Brenda and her sweet coworker.

Karrie Pulkett Unbelievably so incompetent that it is not even safe to be a patient here. Cannot get appointments or medications in any form of reasonable time. Documentation is routinely not made which is dangerous to say the least. Every attempt to communicate will have you routed through several people, none of whom will actually help with anything. Despite severe overcrowding, if you are a female you are forced to go through this VA and not allowed to go to clinics closer to your house. If you need anything at all, plan to spend the entire day here and have good chance of leaving without proper care. Wait times for walk in labs can easily exceed 2 hours so keep that in mind if you have a urinalysis or are fasting. Pharmacy is the most dangerously incompetent. If you have essential medications you have to be ready to go to a civilian ER for emergency refills (out of pocket btw.) If the VA pharmacy is out they will mark it as filled but not only not send the medication, not notify you that they are not sending it, or make attempts to fill from other locations (unless you spend days calling until you get someone willing to perform this simple task.) If you have to come here make sure your will is up to date.
