I brought my car in after noticing some strange noises , coming from the engine .from the moment I walked in , the staff was friendly , professional, and honest. Ben explained everything clearly and even showed me the parts that needed replacing . They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs which I really appreciated.The work was done quickly and the price was fair. My car is working perfectly now!! Brought my car in for a brake job after being told at Greese Monkey that my brake job will be $900 outrageous then to find out my car didnt need rotors just brake pads. Came to PAC Automotive and they took good care of me. Great customer service i will continue to keep using them for my car service the owner Ben & his son are very nice people and polite.
