5 /5 Tracy Chaw: I initially went to Patriot Express Tire & Oil just for an oil change, but after I mentioned a noise while driving, they did a free and thorough inspection of my tires and CV axles. They quickly identified the issue and gave me an honest recommendation with a clear cost estimate. I would’ve gotten the repair done there if I didn’t have to drive back to Oklahoma the same day. Everyone there is super professional and friendly—even the front desk staff knows their stuff when it comes to cars! Plus, their waiting area is the cleanest I’ve seen in any auto repair shop. I’ve already recommended them to my friends in Dallas, but I still wanted to leave a review because they truly deserve more visibility and higher ratings!

Had complimentary thorough inspection done and they gave info about our new-to-us car. No repairs needed but I would trust Patriot Express with any repairs or maintenance for my car if I lived closer!

They went out of their way to ensure it was a smooth process and I was informed as each step was undertaken. I had a really good chat with the mechanic who worked on my car. 5 /5 Barb McMurdo: I was visiting my daughter from out of state with my 6yo grandson and she made a stop at this shop where she has her car serviced. I was so impressed with the owner Brent who offered to give my grandson a grand tour of the shop once he overheard how much he loves cars. I was impressed with Brents kindness, integrity and generosity which my daughter says is typical of how he runs the business. She wont go anywhere else. I highly recommend this shop for any maintenance or repair needs.

He took time to go over everything we me and both of my daughters who were having work/maintenance done to their cars. The overall experience felt quick and smooth.
