The customer service is outstanding and they were so wonderful in helping me, explaining all parts of the wig, how to wear, tips, etc. The prices are comparable to the Dallas wig shops for the same (non-human hair) wigs. In fact, the one I purchased was a bit less. They were able to match the exact color of my hair, which is great as I will be losing it to chemo; and the Dallas group could not. I so loved working with them and highly recommend them.

5 /5 Dakota Good: I can’t stress enough how great this company is. A friend of mine is going through chemo treatments for cancer. She has lost her hair. This is a really hard time to say the least. Someone had suggested to me that we look at Patterson’s for a wig. They have a good selection! She didn’t see one in the store that was suitable for her needs so they offered to order what she was looking for. We had to do this twice. They went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. Priscilla who works there helped her try on any thing she wanted. She was never bothered by the amount my friend tried on. This store is really great. I highly recommend them for not only wigs but a huge selection of beauty supply items! They’re making a big difference to my friend. It’s a delicate time for her. She really needed for this to be a positive experience finding a wig and it has been. Thank you Patterson team! I appreciate your effort so much!

5 /5 Cristy Westbrook: I have to say I was nervous about going out in public since losing my hair to chemo they were very welcoming and Theresa helped me they only had one of the blonde hair I was in love with she went and looked opened up another box before she could pull it out good it was if it was my hair laying in the box I cried and cried it was definitely the one thank you so much for making me feel like me again forever grateful

5 /5 Mark Mason: Both of the old and new and then old again owners are the absolute best in the biz. They have been sharpening my.equipment for years and i wish i lived closer now. I asked if they had a certain product. They did not but it.magically appeared two weeks later.

Went in recently with my transgender sister so she could find a wig and the lady that works there was so kind and spent lots of time helping her try different wigs. Wonderful business and wonderful people. Will always go there!
