I was not with the car while he was working on it so he called and communicated every step of the way to make sure I was ok with each step before proceeding. Took videos upon my request and they were on point with what he diagnosed. This saved me the trouble of paying for a tow truck and paying probably an extra $100-$200 a traditional shop would charge. We will definitely be using RGT again and again.
