5 /5 Steve b: It is so refreshing to find such honest folks in a repair shop. My wife bought a new car a while back, and has been having the dealership do the oil changes. Now the dealership told her it should have approx. $1200 worth of maintenance work done. Ritchie Automotive has always been our place to go for auto repair so I went down today with the estimate from the dealership. The nice lady confirmed that none of the work was needed. I cannot recommend Ritchie enough!! Wonderful, honest folks!

I had them look at an issue and they suggested I ask the dealer if my car is still under warranty to avoid a high out of pocket repair cost. How often does that happen? I was already a fan from last time I visited with my previous car. They fixed that car after three failed attempts by a chain auto repair place. Highly recommend!
