Could not leave to tend to this customer so I contacted Sergio for help! He went straight to the customers location and repaired the vehicle on the side of the road! They temporarily fixed it on site so we could get it to their shop(saved us the cost of a tow truck), then a permanent fix at the shop within 10-15 mins and we were back on the road!
