5 /5 Nathaniel Garren: I was a patient in Sonora for approximately a month and a half. Well being here, I meant wonderful and awesome employees. The people that work here are the people who would give you the shirt off their backs.
Honestly Id say the employees here gets a 10 out of 10 in hospitality and caring. They really have a passion for their job and work and work almost 12-hour shifts to longer shifts. Very hard and tiring job as I seen what they have had to go to for the past month and a half. I am more grateful than ever for these people.
Being here it is obvious that these people are close-knit and like a family. Being here kind of made me feel like I was part of that family. And I think thats all I could have ever asked for being here for a month and a half.
I would like to also mention that the facility is nice. Especially if you get a good room next to a good window set-up, which I got three windows in my room. And being on the 8th floor is even better when you get such a good view of the valley with sunsets and sunrises. So with that being said, I believe that the hospital gets a 9 out of 10 for comfortability and longevity. In terms of being here, I felt cozy and at home in a weird way. Just make sure to bring some amenities over to keep yourself entertained as they do not have any recreational items for you to use.
The food here is okay, there is a variety of choices and you could always call the kitchen number and set up something. I would like to give a special thanks to Clara from the kitchen staff because she helped me out a lot when I had trouble getting the food situation set up. So in my honest rating I would have to save food. Here would be 7 out of 10 but 10 out of 10. If you are able to work it out with what you want and how you want it as long as you communicate with them especially if you are here long-term they understand so If you have special needs or special wants, feel free to ask them and theyll be more than happy to oblige and try to give you what you want to the full extent of what they can.
The staff here has been so wonderful. I would like to point out that I got in trouble to a point where I should have been probably kicked out. Nothing violent but I got caught with a vape and they gave Me two chances. Which please I strongly advise. Do not get to those two chances. I was just dumb. And Id like to give a special thanks and sorry to Sandy as I lied to her about having not having a second vape.
There are a lot of people that like to name out by name and give them special. Thanks but honestly there are too many to try to do it on here. I want to really hammer in, every single staff member that Ive gotten have been nothing but nice to me and the most generous and awesome people that I could have ever had as my care.
Im here with a partial amputation of my toe and for also on the other foot so both of my feet were out. And I was brought back to health by everyone here. I am now able to walk. It only took a month to almost completely close my ulcer that I have been dealing with for almost a year. Thanks to them. I cant really show how much I actually am appreciative of you guys. I wish there was more I could do to show my appreciation. Because without you all I think I would have lost more than just a piece of my toe. Thank you so much. You all really made a difference in my life.
Please keep doing good for everyone. You guys are making the world a better place and being here observing the staff and patients. You all care. And I can say that wholly.
I wasnt a part of every aspect of the facility. But I was blessed with the treatment and position I was set with here at Solara. I was not paid I was not pushed into doing this I was not persuaded in any way. The only person who knows I am doing this is the one who gave me the QR code I asked for. So really,
Thank you so much. Keep making a difference in the world please. We need more people with your alls hearts. ❤️
