TROLLING MASTER My son was in the hospital for 5 days. The nursing staff was wonderful. The service care was great. Marivic the RN helping my son was very hands on great bed side manners always very attentive and answered all our questions. The surgeon did a great job on my son. All the doctors that were on staff to help my son were great.

Carla Rodriguez I brought my son to the emergency room on January 20 like around 9pm . My nurse was Jose Jaime . I want to say he was an Amazing RN . He had such an amazing personality, he was very caring for me and my son . Aware of everything that was going on. He truly was amazing. Especially knowing he was half way through his shift he still had an amazing attitude. Sadly I had to come the next day again with my son but I was glad to see RN Jose (JJ) again . He wasn’t my nurse that day but it was amazing how him and Cassandra another RN were helping my Nurse Aurora on getting my son’s labs . My nurse Aurora was also very kind and amazing. It’s so nice to know that team work was done and that the nurses help each other especially to get faster results. Very pleased with both days. From the moment I walked in to when I step out everything was great. Check in was fast , the admission representatives were quick and kind. The RNs were just AMAZING. My PA April Garcia she did an outstanding job. Especially since we had already been here the previous day she wanted to make sure nothing was missed . Got to the problem . I can’t remember the name of the 1st PA I saw on January 20 but he was also very kind . Very happy with the process. Thank you.

David Rodriguez Maria Avalos is an excellent cna. If more stars were available I would give her more. She is a very motivated and caring person. She made sure all of my wifes needs were met. Made sure I was comfortable when staying overnight. This hospital has many excellent CNAs and nurses. Saaraa Mawani, Maria Peña, Cesar Acuña, Elise, Katie, Leith, Abby, Maybelene. These are just some of the great Cnas and nurses this hospital has. Im sorry that I cant remember them all. Overall your family member will be treated with respect and care here. And if you happen to get Maria Avalos as your cna youre golden.

Jenny R Always a great experience visiting Edgar Garcia PA-C he is always so friendly and full of energy. Explains everything perfectly. Front staff is kind and MA’s are very tentative. Only issue is there is no direct line for them to answer. it is always the voicemail. I always have to communicate through the patient portal but even then always get a reply and appt.

faustina garza My experience with Mr. Ortega was very informative. I went to the VMAC to make an appointment because I was suffering from body pain. I was asked to wait a few minutes because the did have a cancellation at that time. I only had to wait a few minutes.
Mr. Ortega was very attentive. He listened to what I had to say. He then explained what he could do for me. I went home relieved because I was feeling much better after my visit with him. Thank you all for your services.

He is always available through the portal. His nurse is wonderful. She is attentive and super caring. Laura Alvarado The Service here at Solara is excellent. I recommend this hospital for the care they give. The doctors that took care of my husband were so patient and listened to our needs. My husband came here for vent weaning and now hes going home. They were able to wean him off the vent, trach and peg. We are very happy to go home in time for Christmas. Thank you to the whole team that took care of him. We are so grateful.

Diane Norato I was hesitant to take my husband there after I read many negative reviews but I must say that the nurses were really caring and compassionate. The nurses went above and beyond to help my husband with anything he needed. I’d like to personally thank nurse Frank, nurse Priscilla, and nurse Jessica because they were so supportive and caring with my husband. So if you’re having doubts about taking your loved one there rest assured that their nurses are very friendly, caring, and helpful.

Nathaniel Garren I was a patient in Sonora for approximately a month and a half. Well being here, I meant wonderful and awesome employees. The people that work here are the people who would give you the shirt off their backs.
Honestly Id say the employees here gets a 10 out of 10 in hospitality and caring. They really have a passion for their job and work and work almost 12-hour shifts to longer shifts. Very hard and tiring job as I seen what they have had to go to for the past month and a half. I am more grateful than ever for these people.
Being here it is obvious that these people are close-knit and like a family. Being here kind of made me feel like I was part of that family. And I think thats all I could have ever asked for being here for a month and a half.
I would like to also mention that the facility is nice. Especially if you get a good room next to a good window set-up, which I got three windows in my room. And being on the 8th floor is even better when you get such a good view of the valley with sunsets and sunrises. So with that being said, I believe that the hospital gets a 9 out of 10 for comfortability and longevity. In terms of being here, I felt cozy and at home in a weird way. Just make sure to bring some amenities over to keep yourself entertained as they do not have any recreational items for you to use.
The food here is okay, there is a variety of choices and you could always call the kitchen number and set up something. I would like to give a special thanks to Clara from the kitchen staff because she helped me out a lot when I had trouble getting the food situation set up. So in my honest rating I would have to save food. Here would be 7 out of 10 but 10 out of 10. If you are able to work it out with what you want and how you want it as long as you communicate with them especially if you are here long-term they understand so If you have special needs or special wants, feel free to ask them and theyll be more than happy to oblige and try to give you what you want to the full extent of what they can.
The staff here has been so wonderful. I would like to point out that I got in trouble to a point where I should have been probably kicked out. Nothing violent but I got caught with a vape and they gave Me two chances. Which please I strongly advise. Do not get to those two chances. I was just dumb. And Id like to give a special thanks and sorry to Sandy as I lied to her about having not having a second vape.
There are a lot of people that like to name out by name and give them special. Thanks but honestly there are too many to try to do it on here. I want to really hammer in, every single staff member that Ive gotten have been nothing but nice to me and the most generous and awesome people that I could have ever had as my care.
Im here with a partial amputation of my toe and for also on the other foot so both of my feet were out. And I was brought back to health by everyone here. I am now able to walk. It only took a month to almost completely close my ulcer that I have been dealing with for almost a year. Thanks to them. I cant really show how much I actually am appreciative of you guys. I wish there was more I could do to show my appreciation. Because without you all I think I would have lost more than just a piece of my toe. Thank you so much. You all really made a difference in my life.
Please keep doing good for everyone. You guys are making the world a better place and being here observing the staff and patients. You all care. And I can say that wholly.
I wasnt a part of every aspect of the facility. But I was blessed with the treatment and position I was set with here at Solara. I was not paid I was not pushed into doing this I was not persuaded in any way. The only person who knows I am doing this is the one who gave me the QR code I asked for. So really,
Thank you so much. Keep making a difference in the world please. We need more people with your alls hearts. ❤️

DONNA HANDY As soon as I walked in the doors they took me immediately. I felt like I was having a heart attack which turned out to be a "panic attack." I was attended to with great customer service.
I understand that it takes several hours to be called in. This was not like the other emergency rooms I have been to (not going to mention the names), it was pretty quick. Xavier Rivera took very good care of me while my visit. He was kind, soft spoken, attentive, and very patient.
Thank you for a pleasant visit.

Destanie Serna Horrible service, would rather be left on the side of the road than receive service from this facility. Granted Nursing staff, registration staff and Radiology staff were wonderful very informative however, DO Romney was not helpful or empathetic at all. Did not receive lab results and was not kept in the loop of my care at all, felt like I was inconveniencing the Physician staff. Would not recommend at all.

Yudith M In my twenty years of medical experience and having worked at some of the best hospitals in Chicago, I can confidently say that I would trust my own health to Doctors hospital in Laredo. My elderly mom was very very sick a few weeks ago. It was a medical emergency and a miracle she is here with us with no long term side effects. The care that she received while she was there is nothing short of excellent. From the minute we arrived through the emergency room to being admitted for a few days. The doctors, nurses and all the techs saved my mom’s life. She was discharged feeling much better and on her way to a full recovery. The level of professionalism and medical knowledge displayed kept me at ease as they continued to diagnose her condition and treat her accordingly. I was also equally impressed with the speed at which they were able to accurately diagnose her medical condition. Right away after the quick diagnosis they immediately called the corresponding specialists to come for a consultation. Everyone explained everything that was going on every step of the way. They truly care about the patient at this hospital and everyone goes above and beyond their job duties. It was hard to pick just one nurse to nominate for the daisy award. I narrowed it down to nurse Mario. His medical skills, bedside manner and professionalism are outstanding! Everyone speaks Spanish if you need them too. Parking is ample and there are surrounding businesses and restaurants for your convenience. I wished I remembered everyone’s name that was involved in my mom’s medical care and hospitalization… no one wants to be in a hospital but if you find yourself in need of care I highly recommend this hospital. God bless everyone here ❤️ clean environment as well

Paige Andrade I have lived in many different states and been to quite a few hospitals. The quality this hospital provides is honestly sub par and very behind in times. The medical staff are so outdated with their medical knowledge, it’s alarming. I had my last child here and wish I had just flown back to Missouri to have her. Besides my husband being constantly told to leave the room so they could do the cervix check( they were told multiple times he could stay, I mean how do you think the baby got in me, he definitely had to see my woman parts for this!), having to endure over 20 minutes of your anesthesiologist trying to give me my epidural that completely paralyzed me for hours, but not from the extremely uncomfortable pain in my legs I couldn’t get rid of. Every other hospital I’ve delivered at has always offered a “welcome/new baby” bag of supplies, some sort of fancy meal and just tried to make the experience memorable. I paid more to deliver here and wasn’t even able to pick out what I wanted to eat for my meals!? That’s completely ridiculous! It’s unfortunate that this area doesn’t realize how “cheap” their hospital is compared to most, but wants to charge you more. I will definitely never deliver here again. It’s 2025 Doctors hospital, not 2001, get with the times.

Once a nurse did get to me, everything was well done. Nurses communicated well, the anesthesiologist spoke with me, the doctor did the procedure and explained it after I woke up.

I was discharged expeditiously and given follow up written instructions.

Belinda De LEON There was a bit of confusion on the place. I went to the hospital instead of a building away from the hospital. They walked me thru the back and left my car at a distance. Then the front of the correct building is locked so I thought it was closed, thinking I was early, so I went to get my car. Came back and still locked no signs on the door that this was the side/back of the building so I waited for someone to help me out and the front of the building is what actually looks like an ambulance area. Got there late, but superb service at the register area and with the mammo tech. Thank you

Lorena Vega My experience was mixed . When I went to register the finance department could not process my insurance that was active. My doctors office told them that it was active and they had gotten the authorization number but they said my insurance was not covering. It was very upsetting going back and forth.
The actual staff wth labs and orientation session was great. The day of the surgery everyone was very nice. After care, I had a nurse Renee took excellent care of me when I was in pain. All the staff was great for the aftercare.

Gracie Miramontes I had an MRI and the technician in Radiology was super. Carlos was very attentive and explained the whole process so I would not be surprised. He had me try getting into the tube and kept reassuring me I would be ok. There were no surprises during the process due to his explanation prior to the test. On the way out he even tied my shoe lace which had come undone. Overall it was a great experience considering the situation. I would highly recommend the hospital for the great staff.

Nerida Garcia This hospital needs improvement. First, the main entrance does not open until 6 AM, yet patients are often told to arrive at that time for surgery. I have never encountered a hospital where the main entrance doors are closed during early hours leading up to a surgery—that is unacceptable!
Additionally, visitors should be informed that the main entrance closes at 6 PM. This information is not clearly displayed on the doors, which is again unacceptable. Staff must communicate this information when scheduling appointments, especially for patients who are new to the hospital.
My first experience here has been very frustrating. Please do better.

Miri Rodri My mother was on the third floor. From what my family and I experienced from SOME of the nurse was neglect. We called nurses numerous of time for water for my mother and they never came. Until we took the bucket personally to the nurses station. We had to call more than 3 times to have my mother changed. She sat there in her own filth for more than an hour. Some of the nurse were too aggressive and inconsiderate to her condition. My mom would cry every time the CNA would change her. I understand changing them isn’t an easy task. But they seemed so bothered so change her. Again it wasn’t all of them. A few were sweet. Overall the experience wasn’t the best. My mom sadly passed away at the hospital. I had high expectations for this hospital. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. I hope other patients don’t go through this. Oh and also they spend way too much on their personal phone. Maybe that’s why they took long to respond.

Serina Villarreal This is the only hospital that took my concerns about my son’s health seriously. I took him to South Texas Health system’s children’s hospital first, and they didn’t do anything for him and acted like I was being dramatic. Mission Regional did take my concerns seriously and made sure to check my son thoroughly for a proper diagnosis, and as a plus they made me feel good and confident about my decisions as a mother. I gave birth to my son here and I recommend this hospital to everyone.

They went over my family history and actually discussed with me what I wanted instead of whizzing in and out. I got my pap smear done and they were gracious enough to use the small device instead of a large one. Good parking. I think the labs are done next door, so fast test results. My old PCP would send my labs out and then do a double charge instead of DHR doing it all in house.

Celia Regalado Ive been at this office for many years and never had problems until last year in August. One of the residents from there did a big mistake on me and they got mad because I defended myself. I didnt even defend in myself with Dr montes she oversees the residents
Do I recommend them no not at all theres a lot of lack of communication in this office and one of the top ones up there which is the director she protects her employees instead of her patients. She is rude and doesnt have any manners at all so truly I do not recommend anybody from this dog doctors office at all. Just be careful what you say you cant even defend yourself.

Patricia Grant Today my husband had an appointment. We needed to get some documents signed by a doctor, a refill on his meds and over the weekend boil on his body became so big it was unbearable for him. So being that its a clinic you think that they would have all the materials to do the things we are asking for, that wasnt the case. They first charged us the co pay before the doctor even saw us, which in my opinion is unreasonable. $85 to be exact. The doctor comes in the offices asks us what were here for today, we let her know everything including the boil that needs a lancing to relieve pressure. The doctor proceeds to tell us they couldnt help us, her words "well we can help just not today, you would have to make another appointment to have that take care of." So basically an additional $85. So a total of $170 needs to be spent in order for someone to help out with any problems you have. That doesnt include the meds that My husband needs which is an additional $60. Like I understand your just 1st year doctors but do you realize a fake show called Greys anatomy makes their first years do everything to make them better doctors. Why cant you be like that, to do what you gotta do to help someone in need. The worse part is that I have to come back to this place to get the proper medicine for his diabetes. Im upset that Dr Joy refused to help unless we paid more money. How nice. And for the doctors you dont understand nor do you care if someone doesnt have the money to pay for these serves.

The social worker was not very engaging, not friendly at all and i jad to always ask for him to share information about the coordination with home health. But my hats off to the doctors they were very caring with a warm heart and a healing touch, and im a retired RN.

Maria Jasso Emergency room is positively medieval. My dad was having an attack in the ER and the pretty doctor said everything was okay meanwhile his face was turning bright red (mind you my dad is dark complected) not only that the male nurse seemed over worked and was running around everywhere trying to put out fires.
Dad was transferred to ICU where they finally stabilized him and he explained that not only is his PACE MAKER RECALLED but that it would shock him randomly even when he was at rest and it would constantly catch him off guard. The piece of garbage made a short and they had to go in and turn it off time ago. Now they are saying they want to turn it back on then replace it- then not. All the while doctors are bouncing off ideas and clearly not communicating with each other. (Hack/Assad/Taylor) this is ridiculous. As a daughter you can understand my frustration and distaste. I have half a mind to reach out to boards to make sure they are beyond reasonable of a doubt completely sure what is the best course of treatment.

Im talking about from the clerks in the med side lying and telling you to take a seat someone will be with you in a little bit to waiting 3 almost 4 hours, and then they ask you who checked you in and wondering how you got skipped over (yeah, I overheard them talking about it, they forgot to turn off their microphone). Id rather just go to Mexico and get treated over there, I can make it that way and back with medication and medical treatment that almost on par to whats offered here, AND Im not kept waiting for so long or lied to. Now, cause of this, I had to cancel and reschedule other appointments I had today.

Andres Alcudia The wait time is ridiculous! I have been waiting here for four days! I originally came here because I had gull bladder stones and a inflamed pancreas (I think thats what they called it) and for two days they checked up on me checking it was fine and Im like okay thats fine cause I still felt a bit pain but no worries but then came the third day I was taking liquids into me when they told me I had to take a scan of my stomach now that wouldnt be a problem if it wasnt for the fact that if I wanted to stop the operation then I have to do it all over again and unfortunately I had to pee real bad when it was 4 minutes left and I couldnt hold it in anymore they told me they would do it again tomorrow and I say okay well wait tomorrow and tomorrow came and Im here right now waiting for them to scan my stomach but they havent came and I have a feeling we are gonna have to wait for tomorrow! This waiting time is so ridiculous that maybe I should leave gall bladder stone and inflamed pancreas my butt!!!

Michael Garcia There is a male nurse with glasses that is there that just wants to look cool. He wears gauze on a carbineer which is unsanitary and tries to wag his finger at you.
Going through ulcers and need a hip replacement and the dude told me to be quiet.? Non stop what did you take. The guy was rude. I mentioned to his coworker whats with his attitude and he came in raising his voice telling me I shouldnt be talking with his staff.?
I dont want to be there as much as they dont want. Lost 12 pounds throwing up my stomach was ripping and the guy came in to ask me to be in pain quieter.?
The Rio grande valley will always suffer and lag because of people like this.
They go to work to look cool instead of actually work.
Gauze on a carbineer on his chest for astetics to look cool rather than sanitize. That says it all

Natalie Flores Here with my mom waiting in the ER waiting room and Dr comes out and talks to me asking about my mothers medical information when the waiting room is full of people. Then another patient is being spoken to by a different Dr about her medical information. I go to the nurse and i ask her for the HIPAA law brochure she asks why i tell her why she says yes i know we have told them they do not do anything about it, she says speak to the registration people and i go ask for brochure and ask about manager she calls the manager, i tell the registration manager why I am asking for brochure And she proceededs to tell me she knows and thats how they are in this hospital. Thats what they do and that is their protocol for this hospital. I tell her that that is violating peoples HIPAA law privacy. And she again says that is how they do it. I tell her the hospital can get sued because it goes against the law and I will be letting the lady know her rights. She says im going to call security because you are being disruptive. Bull! I am letting people know their rights which they neglected to do. They did not offer us a brochure. Im pretty sure they neglected everyone else. once she told me she was kicking me out I told everyone in the waiting room they have rights and they can not be consulted in the waiting room because it is violating their HIPAA rights. This is so wrong! They probably charge insurance for an emergency room, thats insurance fraud. How many more laws is this hospital breaking? Thisis ridiculous.

Johnny G Went here for an MRI for my spine. Arrived 30 min early to do 90 seconds of paperwork. Appointment was at 1000. While waiting the individual in there was done and left. Shortly after someone in scrubs brought a patient and bypassed me. I’m also in pain (that’s why I’m here). I’m also a patient and have a referral from a doctor.
The person that brought the patient was buddies with the tech. When I asked why I was bypassed I was informed in a very rude way that he had priority.

Brittney Marie Had somewhat of a good experience here. The majority of the nurses were kind and gentle. I only had 1 nurse by the name of Yareli who went above and beyond her scope of practice. She strongly encouraged medical care that was not in her job description, multiple times. When I wanted my support people to hear what she had to say, she tried to exclude them, but I insisted she tell all of us what her thoughts were. Aside from this, my experience was good. The anesthesiologist, Tim, was amazing! He did my epidural and it wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been! He was also very kind and gentle! This staff got me through so much & we’re grateful for a positive outcome!

April Gazca I gave birth at the start of November here at DHR women’s. I wanted to take the time to acknowledge a few employees who definitely made our experience a great one and that meant so much to us. Cassy RN you were the best nurse we had! You were so attentive and understanding and made me feel so comfortable during my time there, you taking time to come in and check in even after I gave birth was so thoughtful, you are an amazing nurse thank you so much for everything!! I want to also mention Norma CNA from the baby nursery!! Thank you for being patient and friendly with us and with our baby, you were so gentle and professional especially giving our baby his first bath, we appreciate you so much. Aracely from postpartum you are a great nurse, you were so attentive and responsive, thank you for being you. Dr Delgado you were amazing and we were so blessed to have had you deliver our baby. All the staff was great and we had an overall great experience.. Don’t let all these bad reviews scare anyone thinking about delivering at DHR. You are in charge of your care if you’re not comfortable with staff or your experience dont be afraid to speak up

bee gonz Went to deliver a baby on Nov 4th, 2024. 1st the staff didn’t introduce themselves I didn’t know my first nurses name until about two hours in, left the white board completely blank. 2nd the charge nurse (she said she was the charge I can’t be sure) inserted an IV without gloves, didn’t perform any hand hygiene before either. My first nurse Sam was incredibly aggressive and kept trying to convince me to get the epidural from the moment I got comfortable in the room, she hadn’t even started the Pitocin yet and kept saying you want the epidural, let me get you the epidural I was only 2cm dilated and not progressing an hour in. She left my bed in a high position and when I asked her to help me lower it so I could go pee she just looked at me and smiled so I had to basically jump out of bed. When I asked for a new nurse they told me no, and then Sam came and confronted me about it. She said I don’t know what I did to you but I’m the nicest nurse here. Then she left the room took me off the Pitocin and didn’t come back for 3 hours because I wouldn’t stay still and the baby monitor kept moving so basically me trying to get comfortable was an inconvenience I kept moving because my first IV was causing me pain of 6 even if I had my arm completely still I was finally able to get comfortable after they changed it but then I had to worry about infection because of the other nurses lack of safety protocol. Then after an hour of being able to stay in one position because I was no longer in pain at the IV site, sam came in and said I’ll start you back on Pitocin since you stayed still for awhile. Weird I signed a waiver for intermittent fetal monitoring not continuous. I also wanted the option of getting up to pee while on Pitocin and she kept telling me no due to hospital protocol (isn’t wearing gloves during IV insertion part of protocol, guess they pick and choose what rules they’re going to follow), but I just needed to sign a waiver for intermittent fetal monitoring. The first IV that the nurse put in became infiltrated but they tried to tell me it wasn’t but it was. The nurse who came in for day shift (Normita) was a godsend I’d give DHR one star if it weren’t for her.

Steven Zamora Horrible, They gave me a TB test and They did not contact me until 2 Months later telling me I was positive and that I Needed to go in for an X Ray. Then they had me wait a week just to give me the X Ray. I am still waiting for the Doctor to review my X Ray results. I call in and get treated rudely. I would not recommend anyone go here. With the exception of one nurse They did not help me out to the best of their abilities. Its been 3 weeks I have not been able to return to work and they cant give me a straight answer on if the doctor will actually read my results today. The doctor only goes in once a week. What a joke!

Laura Martinez Came in last week cause I felt super sick and had the most horrible experience here. The doctor who saw me pretty much shamed me for coming in due to how I was feeling and asked me what I wanted her to do for me? She asked me what I thought would help me feel better and which tests I wanted administered so that I could feel better. I really felt so bad going in, I felt really dizzy and nauseous which felt something like food poisoning and is why I went in to make sure, since it was in the later hours. The nurse came in and was very kind, I told her I was going to just leave the er and go home since the doctor pretty much made me feel even worse , instead of helping me. After that the doctor decided to do some labs in which in fact showed I was low on several of them and needed medical attention. I really did feel sick and the labs 100% proved that. I have never ever felt so bad and shamed the way this female doctor made me feel, and will not return here ever again. Where was the compassion and care and oath they took to help a patient in a time of illness? This was wrong in so many ways! I was so disappointed, had the nurse not shown compassion, I would of walked out of the visit. I am grateful to the nurse who actually showed compassion, when the doctor did not. I hope something is done about the service and care here , because it was a really bad experience, and I just hope that nobody else has to endure this type of treatment. Absolutely do not recommend!

Sue Willmott Waked right in and spoke to nurse who then translated information to doctor. All the registration process was done quickly and online. Was in and out within an hour. They did a few tests and X-ray. Still not feeling well but hopefully will be on the mend soon. All the nurses and doctor were excellent. When I registered I was told not to worry as they would bill insurance. Well I keep getting bills and calls about X-ray charges So I reached out over a month later and the hospital haven’t even sent the bill to insurance yet.

Carol Hagemann 1 star is generous. Worse lack of care ever received by me. Brought into ambulance bay and greeted by a man who didnt identify himself told me to point with 1 finger where pain was I indicated area with whole hand and was reprimanded then he bent down and stared at my lap. I asked what he was doing and he was checking out brand of purse I was carrying. Went to CT which I was well attended. I was still in terrible abdominal pain. Left lying in curtained off area writhing in pain. Finally given morphine and ignored. Someone at desk noticed my pain and brought 2nd dose of morphine still little no relief. Gave urine sample and held container for maybe 20 minutes with nowhere to set it down. Desk person noticed I was falling asleep holding sample. Collected sample joking that he had been watching me and thought I was going to drop it. Finally brought me a chalky white substance to drink never telling me what it was. Eased the pain slightly. Then came with discharge papers and sent me home. I ended up in Mission hospital the next evening with a GI bleed. Total lack of compassion or concern by your staff. No one identified who they were or what they were about to do.

But there was a tech that I ran across and want to bring attention to! Her name is ANA!!! She’s an older lady who looks like she could be my mama! Boy do I have some words for her…….
FIRST of all, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my care! She checked in on me and got me some more warm blankets. She made me feel comfortable and safe despite how I was feeling! :D. Such a sweet lady and am ever so BLESSED that she took part in my care. Maggie my nurse was a SUPER STAR getting me in and out of the ER in a timely manner with such grace in her voice. Sylvia Cazares Ive been here for almost 2 hrs before we got sent to the back. My husband is in a lot of pain. All I see from the moment we arrive. Security guards giving attitude. Checking in through registration on the phone. Then the RN from triage is not attentive. Then send us back to the waiting area. Waited 2 hrs to be sent to the back. While waiting I see the RN in triage on his personal phone. Then Another RN arrives inside and sits there. Then a lady leaves her shift but she goes inside the triage and you can see through the windows that they are laughing and talking. Holding hands. Playing around. While my husband is in severe pain. We are still waiting for the "nurse" to come and check my husband. Never will I come back here. All I see is attitude and no compassion. DHR really does not care for the patient care like they try to advertise.

Alek I was in a motorcycle accident and was taken to the emergency department on 03/30/24 at around 11pm. I had a broken clavicle and had a lot of pain in my shoulders and back. They only focused on the broken clavicle while giving me a weak painkiller that ended up giving me an severe adverse reaction after I was discharged. They showed me an xray of the broken clavicle, put my arm in a sling, and told me not to move it for 6 weeks. I was billed $5000 for the "treatment" of the broken clavicle. My clavicle mended incorrectly and looks deformed. If I could give no stars, I would. Im so angry.
