He has done three jobs on my 2012 Ford 250, his crew know exactly how to diagnostic and repair the problem right the first time. I must say there are no pressure tactics used in providing his service to the public. If you are a patient customer, allowing his staff to diagnose and fix your problem of your vehicle. Plus felt like the whole underneath of my Escape was loose, I called it my Paddy Wagon, was afraid to hit a bump. Now Drives like a Brand new old car.. ha ha. Thank you Richard!!!
