It was run like a well oiled machine! The nurses my surgeon anesthesiologist was nothing but top notch care . It felt like family and everyone giving you in detail what came next! 5 /5 Justine Sarno: I had to take my elderly mom to the ER and the entire staff starting at the front door was absolutely amazing. With each person helping us and guiding our wait was fantastic. The wait was a mere 15 minutes and immediately took my mom back and started working on her needs. The doctor was in the room within minutes of her getting situated and was highly impressed with every single staff member. Released her within hours with medication and names and numbers of doctors to help her issue. This is now our go to hospital and I’m proud to say that. Well done Southwest!! Fantastic.
