Jeannette Barnes I went to Huguley ER twice in 2 weeks. The first time it was decided I needed to be transferred to another hospital and was told it would happen within the hour. It took 6 hours all the while they are convincing us to not go to the hospital by private car " because you dont want to start the process all over again. It will take longer" I suspect they could bill my insurance more if we go by ambulance. The second time I was having issues with my wound vac. I had talked to triage so they knew what the issue was. We got there at 5:00. They called us back to a room at 7:05 , 5 minutes after the wound care team left for the night. No one was left that knew what they were doing so another 2 hours later, they put a large plastic band aid on it and sent us home. 4 hours and basically nothing was done and they are charging my insurance plus$150 to me for doing nothing but a band aid. All those hours waiting for nothing, all the while Im very ill. Dont go there when you are sick as you will be worse when you leave.

Sherry 1) Unprepared. 2) The wait time was not very long. 3) The doctor was friendly but the nurse, Deja, wiped blood on my clothes instead of getting a tissue that was in reach. 4) The medical assistant…stuck me way too many times before she discovered that I have small veins; which hurt me a lot. Not because I’m older but because she used my hand. 5) My problems still exists.

Rob Foster Dr. Awaida was very concerned ,compassionate and prompt to get my treatment started. She spent time with me and heard my entire story which I really appreciated. My nurse Whitney was amazing!! Painless IV stick and she kept coming in to check on me, informed me each step of the way of what the plan of attack was, and kept things moving smoothly. I felt safe and cared for by them both. The ONLY negative aspect of my visit happened in CT when they had me sliding into the tube. My IV tubing was caught on the gurney and almost ripped the IV out of my arm before I could get them to stop. I had to yell loudly and whistle before he stopped the table from moving. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about my treatment in the Huguley ED and will certainly recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again to all!!

Kaytlin Shipman This week, my wife visited the ER three times with worsening symptoms, including persistent vomiting, nausea, chest pain, weight loss, and irregular bleeding, yet each visit resulted in a completely different diagnosis and no resolution. The lack of communication and professionalism among staff was unacceptable, with the evening nurse on the last visit giving us information that directly contradicted the doctor and making us feel punished for asking questions about her condition. Despite blood tests and imaging, critical symptoms were dismissed, antibiotics were prescribed without confirmation of infection, and important follow-up tests like a pelvic ultrasound or echocardiogram were not performed. We left each visit in utter confusion, with no clear guidance or consistent care, culminating in my wife being discharged with pending blood tests and no resolution to her condition. This experience has caused significant distress and has eroded our trust in this hospital, and we will never return. Clearer communication, consistent care, and empathy are desperately needed to prevent such unacceptable treatment in the future.

cameron tyner I found this clinic to be full of uncaring and judgmental physicians. They arent forthcoming with relevant information. I dont know why their app has a questions feature because the answer is always to make another appointment. causing me to miss work for multiple fruitless appointments Ive also never met my primary care doctor. I dont even know what he looks like. Todd I believe his name is.

Mo G Patients BEWARE and take caution before visiting this clinic! Here are the cautionary details from my experience: A few weeks ago I called to book a new patient appointment, which is fully covered by my insurance provider as preventative care. On the morning before my appointment, the office called me to cancel, because the provider (Laura) was not in the office. I rescheduled for the next available appointment the following morning with Francesca. When I arrived for my appointment the person at the office asked me for my ID and my insurance card. They then asked me for my credit card and told me there would be a $139 fee for my visit. I told them this was incorrect because my visit was covered by my insurance and they replied that I could work that out with insurance later and that if I wanted to keep my appointment I needed to pay $139. During my appointment with Francesca, which lasted 30 minutes, I did not receive the care that I was told I would receive and that I had requested when I booked my appointment (a physical) and instead I was scheduled for a physical during another visit. A few days later I received a bill for another $74. I immediately contacted the office and they told me that my appointment was for another reason than what I originally booked my appointment for. They billed my insurance $500 for this 30 minute visit and withheld the care that I was expecting, without any explanation. I visited the clinic to speak with their Practice Manager, Estelle, who told me they would speak with the provider, Francesca, to try and understand what happened and then get back to me. That was over a week ago. I called on Monday and left a message, but did not received a call back. I called again today and spoke with Estelle, who told me they spoke with the provider, Francesca, who told them they spoke with me "at length" about about this (which is simply not true). I told Estelle this was not true and that no point was it explained to my why I did not receive a physical during my visit (as I had requested!). I told Estelle I was very disappointed in the care that I been provided to me – and she literally replied on the phone "OK." – nothing more. I then told Estelle that I was very disappointed in the communication by the staff and she literally replied on the phone "OK." – nothing more. I then told Estelle that I would be making a complaint - and, yes you may have guessed it, she literally replied "OK." and nothing more. Based on my experience, if you are looking for a trustworthy and honest healthcare facility and provider, please take my experience with Texas Health Family Care on 5750 W Vickery Blvd to heart. I am incredibly disappointed not only with the lack of care that I received, but also the lack of respect that I was given as a patient. This is incredibly upsetting and I dont want any other patients to go through my experience.

John Clark I have been going to this clinic for 3 years now and my most recent visit 5 days ago was atrocious. First, the doctor wasnt even in the room for 10 minutes - and all he could say was "youre just going to do what you want to do anyway." I had about 4 things to bring up, but he left the room in what I would call a fit of anger, so I never had the chance. The annual Medicare questions for my insurance never happened. He wants to prescribe me statin drugs, even though my cholesterol level is only 179. Then, he has the audacity to say I routinely refuse aftercare in his notes.

Rachel Cluiss I have been seeing these doctors since high school (Now I am 33) since before they moved to this location and I will follow them where ever they go! I highly recommend anyone who is looking, to choose this practice as their family doctor. I just received a sweet phone call from the girl who checked us in to follow up on how my daughter was feeling. The staff is so friendly and I just can not say enough good things about this practice and every one of the doctors we have seen there. They are good at what they do and they really do care!

Jennifer Caruano I can’t even get in to see a rheumatologist since the wait period for a new patient appointment is over 2 years. When I ask what do patients do while in a 2 year waiting period they tell me to use my primary for autoimmune diseases. Horrible that when the doctor decides not to come in that day they cancel your appointment and can’t get you in any sooner than 10 months later. They can’t rearrange their schedule to fit you in. Terrible customer service!

Christina Bryan I have been trying to get a PCP for awhile. Made an appointment with Dr Jessica Barreto approximately 6 months ago. This week they sent me the new patient paperwork and confirmed my appointment. Today, the day before the appointment, they call and cancel because they made an error on their end. They will not allow me to see Dr. Barreto even though THEY made the error and Ive been patiently waiting for 6 months. You confirm everything and dont say anything until the day before?? POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! On top of that the person calling me was not sympathetic at all. Absolutely ridiculous. Get it together UT Southwestern. This has really soured my perception of this organization! Edit: Take off your website that shes accepting new patients since she is clearly not! And tell the rest of your staff and schedulers...

Rayyan Amiri One thing I love about this please they do not waste your time, once they give you an appointment you will know that in less than 30 mins you will be able to see the doctor after the nurse completes the primary process. Staffs are good and the nurses are friendly and kind and very active way different then the main clinic in the main hospital. You park right close to the entrance and walk in to the hospital. I know they do not have all everything you might need but they are good at what they have.

Nihar Ghelani I would give 0/5 if I could, I stood in the line 3x to get meds. Each time the line was about 45 mins and every time they wouldnt have it ready. Pharmacist here are very uneducated and have no sense of respecting anyones time. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Brayan MARTINEZ I would give them no stars if possible. Had a yearly physical today taking time off work. I showed up, the nurse took me in, didn’t take my height, and when taking my vitals told me my heart rate was to low at 50 as it showed on the screen, and then waited for it to rise to write it down. Then the doctor showed up, asked me a few question. I told her about a wrist injury, and she said she would get a sport injury doctor to take a look. Didn’t do an eye test, didn’t do a hearing test. At the end another nurse came in, told me that they only had one person doing blood work, and was instructed to not over work her. She wrote down a number for me to call and me a new appointment. Then told me I would see the sport injury doctor more than a month away, I told her to refer me to another clinic, and when she went to go ask the doctor, she said that they all would also be completely booked. I literally lost my morning for nothing more than a pressure test, which was charged to my insurance for a yearly physical and I payed my deductible. Not happy at all.

Ishi Akuma The staff in the ER were amazing, kind, and hard-working, and professional. They explained every part or my treatment even though they found everything to be normal and had other patients to care for. We need nurses and doctors with the amount dedication and care exhibited by the staff. I saw so many complaints in the reviews about how theyd get better care at Harris Methodist. I know being sick is an awful uncomfortable and scary experience which can make us our worst selves. The nurses handled each situation with care and professionalism. I cant imagine how difficult every aspect of their job is and their service to our community is so important. JPS is a public hospital with public hospital funding. They do the best they can with limited resources and treat everyone even if you dont have insurance. They offer JPS connection to offset costs as well as primary care to people without insurance. Harris Methodist is a private hospital that treat individuals who have insurance so of course they have fancier commodities and shorter wait times. For those who go without, we are so lucky to have Public hospitals like JPS with incredible staff. The only thing you should ever care about when being treated by a doctor is that they do a thorough job when caring for you. JPS does that. 10/10

Deanna Perez I have been coming to this practice for almost 10 years. Dr. Chio is a great doctor, attentive, through, and will actually listen to you. 5 out of 5 stars. There are also select staff members here that are helpful and kind as well, Candice, has always gone above and beyond to help me with my medication/insurance battles. But I have to admit that, like several other reviews, the front desk staff, scheduling, etc. is a disorganized mess and often leads to many problems. I held off on writing a review for so long because of this. Some staff do not deserve even a 3 star rating but its not fair to the others. Every time I have ever called to speak to someone I have been automatically put on hold for ~30min then will be disconnected forcing me to call back and sit on hold for another 30 min. Sometimes if I get disconnected a second time I call the billing department and ask to be transferred to the receptionists. The Drs are good and if thats what youre looking for this place is worth going to but you will have a struggle with the facility itself.

El Oso Really need a better system for help when your doc goes on vacation. Have called five times since August 1st trying to get something for covid/sinus infection. Have been told each time. We are waiting to hear back from the on call doc. They have to take care of their patients first then they will get to you. This takes 5 days? Was basically told i am not important enough to help when I have been a patient for over 10 years.

N. C. Northeast Tarrant Internal Medicine Associates: 0 out of 5. They refuse to disclose pricing prior to treatment for established patients with an appointment on the calendar. I am not even sure that is legal (per the No Surprises Act passed at the federal level on 1/1/22, "providers must give you a good faith estimate of what your care will cost") and I tried to speak with the doctors office (Jennifer), spoke with the reception desk (Jackie), Cary (the Manager - still no response after being hung up on the first time and then leaving a message), and the NETIMA billing department directly. No one knows how much an annual physical appointment with Dr. Chapman costs. Dr. Chapman: 5 out of 5. Dr. Chapman should find a better practice that is as ethical as he is (NETIMA is not very ethical!). He is an excellent doctor and I wish he was "housed" under a better group.

Mike Floyd I was in the office earlier this month and was blown away at the patient care I received. My wife and I have been patients of Dr Buesch for years and have always felt his care and concern for us. This visit was special because every person that I dealt with was over the top caring and treated me like i was something special. the whole office was light with laughter and joy coming from everyone. I know that it is a stressful job for all of the team so thank you for working so hard to make a doctors visit as pleasant as you can. Please pass this on to all the staff and those that are leading the new NETIMA.

Staci Matthews I absolutely love Dr. Buksh. Hes extremely kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. This IS a busy practice with several providers. They see numerous patients a day and have just as many or more trying to call them every day. Some wait is to be expected. Blame the insurance companies that make it harder for these providers to make any money by lowering contract payments and adding exclusions. The providers and their office staff dont have time to actively ignore their patients. Theyre too busy. Ive been coming here for at least 14 or 15 years, and everyone has always been helpful and kind, even when busy. It is hard to get someone on the phone, but the portal helps. Sometimes, you do just have to wait on the phone, though. Somehow, I survive each time. When Im sick, they quickly send meds I need, so that certainly makes up for it.

Arrived 5:15 am Tuesday am. Check in was subpar. Surgery Knee replacement went smoothly we were updated via phone calls and the surgery waiting room was great with TV and an electronic bulletin board with the patient status. Everyone related to the surgery was friendly and very professional. About 1 hour after the surgery, I was notified of my wife had been placed in a room on 4th floor this required access to Elevator B near the café which was located on the south wing of the hospital. The room was spacious and had a larger restroom area in the room. Everything was clean. The staff in this part of the Medical Center was extremely nice. I really hadn’t been in such a clean modern hospital in quite awhile but this place really impressed me. The food menu had a lot of options and the food tasted really nice. The whole staff keep giving us updates and really seemed to give us up to date information on everything. I would recommend this place to anyone that need surgery. DR. SHANE T SEROYER from TMI that did the surgery was top notch. My wife was actually walking with a walker 4 hours after her knee replacement. Note: they were cleaning the room when I took pictures of the room.

Brad Leese Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth is absolutely top-notch—five stars all the way. After moving from Austin, where we were accustomed to excellent healthcare, to a smaller town with more limited options, we were so thankful to find Cook’s. Their level of care, professionalism, and compassion is unmatched. My daughter was born with a few medical issues, and the team at Cook’s has monitored everything closely since day one. Every concern we’ve brought to them has been handled with incredible attention to detail. The staff is warm, caring, and genuinely committed to making sure your child feels safe and comfortable. Even for a simple doctor’s visit, they go above and beyond, adding thoughtful touches like toys in the room and cartoons playing to make the experience less intimidating for kids. My daughter always looks forward to picking out a sticker at the end of her visit, which is just one more example of their thoughtful approach. She has an upcoming surgery there, and while it’s naturally nerve-wracking as a parent, I feel completely at ease knowing she’s in the best, most capable hands. The specialists are incredible—some of the best I’ve seen in any hospital. Everything, from the thoughtfully designed decor to the welcoming staff and even the free parking for patients, is well-planned and executed to make families feel as comfortable as possible. Cook’s truly understands what it means to care for children and their families. They’ve made a difficult process easier and have given me peace of mind as a parent. I can’t recommend them enough—they set the standard for pediatric care!

Kimberly We were here with an emergency surgery and spent a good while in the hospital and had many many many follow up visits! Everyone was so nice and the facilities are wonderful. The art throughout was beautiful. The shops and restaurants are so good and the grounds are beautiful. There was plenty of room in his room and comfortable chairs and a bed for the parent to stay. There was a shower and bathroom that were nice in the private room. The hospital food was very good. Clowns came to the room and they had a library cart that came to the room as well. It was very clean and there were plenty of plugs available to charge phones everywhere. Most importantly my son got top notch care from amazing doctors and medical professionals. They not only saved his life but they saved his hand and arm and with plastic surgery it looks and works just as good as new. We are so grateful for all they did.

Billy Clark Today my family lost a son. We have been going to Cooks for over a decade. The entire ER staff,ICU PIC staff are incredible professionals. The courtesy, compassion and empathy for our child was amazing. We have confidence in the care team. They cared for him like he was a family member. Each nurse caring for him watched him like a hawk during the darkest moments. Informing as the situation aloud. Our son passed peacefully surrounded not only by family but the staff who fought to save his life. When it became apparent his time as soon to pass. They assured us if us comfort and what they would do to keep him comfortable. Today the team of our sons staff will feel a degree of sadness for a child lost. They will direct that same professional skill and passion to the next child taking our bed. We are grateful for all the years of care. Thank you

And they told me that they didn’t have their next dental appointment till 25 of February 2025, while being in pain with my wisdom teeth, not being able to sleep, not being able to rest not be able to think correctly or work to my full capacity. Now I have been waiting for over two weeks today is the 7th of March 2025 I have called them today to see what is going on. They told me that I was going to receive a phone call in roughly 2 weeks that’s my reason for calling in. So when I spoke to the clerk, now she’s telling me that I have to wait another week while being in pain just to get into the oral surgeon’s schedule! This is really bad service horrible terrible! They don’t even care that I am in pain and cannot work accordingly and cannot sleep accordingly either.

She just left and someone talking to me she call the police after that i really knew where i was , its not healthcare institutions this is really bad when you hiring some people treat patients like that.. I have made this constructive review based on my experience and I hope that the management will monitor these employees so that this experience does not happen again to people.

Katey Shelton I went in for an ACL surgery and was so nervous as I have never had surgery before. I just want to say how incredible the nurses are at this hospital, especially nurse Elizabeth. They are all so caring and kind. I never had to ask for anything. Warm blankets were brought to me throughout my stay and they made sure I was taken care of every second before and after my surgery. My doctor Travis frantz is amazing and answered every question I had. I really recommend this hospital, doctors, and nurses. Thank you!

Zane Madden I’ll never take a loved one here again. 5 hours waiting with my brother. He’s dehydrated and in pain. After 2 hours they got him an IV and took blood for lab work. IV done another 3 hours later still no lab results. We finally just left. Go to Baylor instead. One bright spot was security. They seemed to care and be more concerned than the doctors and nurses.

Mandy DeMoss I have nothing but great things to say about Texas Health HEB. I was admitted 3 different times since May, and my experience was phenomenal. Everyone from the sweet cafeteria lady, to the custodians, nurses, technicians, and doctors, were absolutely amazing. Being in the hospital is a scary experience, but from the moment I entered the ER each time, every person treated me with such care. The chaplain, Mandy, came by twice during my stay to check in, and one of the therapists even prayed with me one day. Thank you to all of the staff that took care of me during this time. I have a whole new appreciation for the medical field after this experience.

Tee Russell Disappointed that everything has to be about money. If you come to your physical and have anything going on that you want to discuss. You have to change to a regular appointment. So basically, you can’t talk about anything else but your physical. Never heard of this. Then if you have tested positive for COVID, they won’t call anything in for you without you doing a virtual appointment which could be scheduled 2-4 days out. What’s the point after 5 days when you should be getting over it. I feel like I can’t get the adequate care without making sure I’m paying an extra dollar first. I would have understood calling something in but also scheduling the appointment but to just say no nothing until then doesn’t seem very empathetic or compassionate for your patients in my opinion.

Brandi Bowen 30 mins early for my appointment & did all the stuff online earlier so that it would be quicker (& I was 1 of 2 people waiting) ….they sat me there until my time exactly. Once called the tech wore gloves out in the office then into the room then to enter info on the computer then also to do my vitals….never changed them….but you don’t need gloves to open a door & type some things into a computer. My blood pressure was checked while I had to hold my arm up in the air instead of let it relax down….I’m a nurse….that’s not a good idea & will cause blood pressure to be higher unnecessarily….don’t lift an arm in the air to check it. Then….it took 2 people to enter my info (that I already prefilled out) & when they wanted me to sign a release for my ob/gyn records had to have me spell the Drs name 4 times bc they weren’t listening. An hour later & I’m waiting on labs for what should’ve been a 10 minute check in. The Dr was in with me for 5 mins because that’s all I needed….the office staff & techs need to step it up.

Janet Harper I just started seeing the PA here. She is nice enough. Has been thorough considering each time I am in the office, more labs and tests are ordered and completed. I probably won’t continue to return here due to the cost and the outrageous amount of labs and tests ordered at each visit. It’s overkill. The most recent nurse that roomed me and took labs was painfully rude. She didn’t make eye contact, rushed through everything and acted as if it was a chore to be doing what she is paid to do. I THINK her name is Ada or something similar, but had trashy forearm tattoos and wrinkled scrubs. Not professional at all.

bennett byther Very expensive! I take a medication that requires me to get a blood test to monitor levels. Needed a refill on this med and was told I needed to get a blood test. I can accept tharbut when I go to pickup the orders to get it done I was told the doctor wont approve it until I come in for an office visit which I was just in for less than 2 months ago. The doctor wanted to talk to me about a med I have been taking for years... Just seemed like a waste of time. When I went in for my 6 month diabetic exam doctor barely spoke to me about my diabetes. Their service has declined dramatically since Dr cole left. Will definitely be going elsewhere for care.

Aimee Coffin So, my father passed away and my parents live in Michigan. I had to leave my job and move to Mi to take care of my mom. My dad was the my moms caretaker. I left my job, lost insurance, and a good salary. I ran out of meds and they wouldnt refill my blood pressure medication I am assuming bc I no longer had insurance. They wanted me to come in which I had before I left for Mich. I called and left a msg twice for Martha and she never called back. I hope they read these reviews bc they never contacted me. My BP was so high 175/101 I was almost admitted to the ER because they care more abt the money than their patient. Dont fo to this office.

Madison Mckenzie Been having good visits until recently the office people are rude and make you wait to even speak to them for no reason. They have the stuff being sent to the lab all messed up, it makes no sense to be waiting half an hour to drop a urine sample that needs to be in the fridge.

Sara Acevedo This place needs better providers and office staff. I started the process of getting an appointment late October, soonest they could see was in December. The day of my appointment they cancelled and set me up with another appt. 6 weeks away. Today (the day of my appt), they called and cancelled again stating AGAIN the provider isnt available. Do better!!!!!! Move those people to a walk in/cancellation list or something and not make people wait another 6 weeks!!!!!! Whoever is running this place needs to be replaced. AND their out of pocket cost for an office visit is just as much as most private MD offices.

MaryGris Murillo Disappointed , I thought they would help me with my problem but the doctor treated me very upset the entire time my consultation lasted, he did the same procedure on me twice because the first time I was on my period (he knew it) after he sent me To do studies, I gave him the results and he stopped answering me out of nowhere. I was dialing him for days to proceed with the second step but they never answered me and if they did, they left me on hold.

Manuela Pereira I don’t usually type reviews but honestly I would like to share everything I went through. I do not recommend this clinic. I had to wait 3 hours with a baby to see the doctor plus whenever we finally got to see her, the lab was closed, and they couldn’t get my blood sample. They also never sent my medication prescription after waiting for 3 hours. This is disrespectful and I think no human being should be ever treated this way.

Justine Sarno I had to take my elderly mom to the ER and the entire staff starting at the front door was absolutely amazing. With each person helping us and guiding our wait was fantastic. The wait was a mere 15 minutes and immediately took my mom back and started working on her needs. The doctor was in the room within minutes of her getting situated and was highly impressed with every single staff member. Released her within hours with medication and names and numbers of doctors to help her issue. This is now our go to hospital and I’m proud to say that. Well done Southwest!! Fantastic.

Desean Rodgers Walking into emergency today for a follow up after getting bit by a dog. After sitting in the patient’s room for a while, I asked the desk clerk can I leave? The clerk did inform me that the shots needed to be ordered but when she found out the shots were ready what she did next is where I have the problem with this place.Desk clerk very unprofessional she felt the need to shout out your Rabie shots are ready. I always thought patients information should be confidential, not for the whole public to hear. What happened to respect for the individual and having class. This associate should be trained on a professionalism, she makes the business look bad. If we can’t trust this hospital, there are plenty other ones to go visit, food for thought.

Carol Carter My Son was taken there last night about 8pm, he went in for shortness of breath and he was dehydrated, he had an ileostomy surgery a month ago and was home experiencing some complications. He was transported there by ambulance services. He’s been in the emergency room since yesterday night waiting for transfer. The service he’s receiving isn’t professional at all, the nurses don’t seem to understand the care for his bag at all. I’m not understanding that because even if the hospital doesn’t accommodate this type of service, they should still be able to care for a patient that’s in his condition.

Darla Zinchenko Yes there are doctors who are not in the right field but after taking care of people who do not appreciate it, its enough to make any human being be tired of it. Then you have the doctors who gives their full devoted attention. It is an ER their main concern is making sure nothing is broken, youre not bleeding out, and youre not dying. They took really good care of me when I was admitted, they took great care of me when I lost my insurance and doctors. I wouldnt trust any other hospital but this one. The wait time depends on the severity of the visit. If you have a long wait then take it to heart that it means you are not in danger of dying

Elyse Hamilton My mother was admitted to the hospital. The staff overall was very kind. My mother is a cardiac patient who was there for a non cardiac reason, but still needed a consultation with the cardiologist regarding her treatment. My mother had questions regarding her treatment. When she brought her concerns up the cardiologist was very dismissive and down right rude and condescending, he expressed her complaints had nothing to do and he had other patients to see. He continued to be argumentative with my mother. He was so focused on what he did not do, that he overlooked our questions about the results of imagining regarding her heart, in fact when we asked about the results of the imagining he threw his hands up and walked out of the room. We were appalled. In all my years working in Healthcare and around pretty arrogant physicians, I have never seen a provider behave in a childish way. He was unethical and did not provide adequate care. He needs to be held accountable for that type of behavior. My mother was scared to remain in the hospital after that interaction. We asked for a second opinion to which we were told that wasnt possible due to the hospital advocate not working on Saturdays. Im pretty sure my mother was entitled to a second opinion, but she was discharged home instead. This experience was humiliating. The cardiologists behavior was unacceptable.

Jason Watts I was confused with another patient my entire time (8 days), They tired to discharge me right after surgery and my health was declining. Took blood more than they should constantly from my arm (and I had a pick line) because they kept thinking I was two different people. Called the wrong prescription into pharmacy . Pharmacy caught it. Wound care nurse never gave my supplies to help. Wife had to go home to constantly get supplies. Never Received more supplies as promised to carry me till I could order some. Never got my wound care treatment correct. Never responded when I told personnel about this. The regular nurses and Docs were amazing though, but the wrong patient stuff scared the crap out of me. I don’t want to go back if I can avoid it.

Brendan Bigler Very quick to get into the emergency room but sadly felt a little judged by the doctor for my injuries. He was super nice though. Overall it was a good experience. My biggest gripe is that you independently get charged by each department and the company that did my X-rays and images somehow lost my insurance information, which was electronically done at intake. Thankfully they made it right. As convenient as they are I would rather drive to Baylor Grapevine which is 30 minutes from me.

Olive Camacho If you can avoid using this place, please do with everything you can. By far the worst mental health experience Ive ever had. The original intake psychologist I spoke to and the psychiatrist I saw once in-person and once via video were the only bearable parts. Every other step of the way I was met with incompetence, and it was like pulling teeth to get a single document from them. I had a case manager, until they decided I didnt have a case manager, until I did! And then I didnt again. Theres supposedly a portal, that only one person ever mentioned and never told me how to access it when I said I couldnt. Calling however many times you can (when someone decides to answer) just gets you person after person who doesnt have a clue whats going on and then says theyll follow up (they dont). You cant email anyone directly, unless Roni reaches out to you with the worst, most immature, passive-aggressive people skills Ive ever seen from a "Director" of anything. I have never felt like my life mattered so little to a health entity. I hope Roni does some self-reflection, but I know that wont happen. If youre literally on the verge of killing yourself, this placed stopped that for me once. But they sure didnt care after that. Find somewhere else, if you can.

Jessica We had a very unfortunate experience with the Pine Street inpatient program. A loved one was prescreened through a resource center and approved, for alcoholism. On the day of intake, we sat in the waiting area for four hours after waking up at 5:45am to make sure we arrived right on time. This was not a problem as we understand there is a process. She saw the nurse and the financial advisor and was assigned a room. The next morning, I received a call letting me know that she was not qualified for the program. I asked why, and it was because of the length of time from her last drink and how little she had to drink within a certain time frame. Basically, she was not alcoholic enough. She was turned away from rehab after seeking help for herself, in less than 24 hours, because she was not addicted enough. How can anyone determine in that time frame whether or not someone has a problem? And why was this not determined before she was admitted? Why did she not see the counselor on the first day during intake? To save the trouble of unpacking or the extra drive. This person has been an alcoholic and binge drinker for 7 years and finally decided to get help for themselves and was turned away, after being put through the ringer and given a taste of what good help looks like. I really believe that the counselor that turned her out should be ashamed. This could have been what saved her life. Now she is let down and depressed, and we are starting over again looking for help. My Health, My Resources - apparently not. To be clear, I do understand, there are formulas and rules for intake and to make sure the right people get help but if she did not qualify, she should not have made it as far as she did in the process. It was not fair to her, or the people helping her. Once youre in, you should get to stay unless you break the rules or want to leave.

safia iid I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care, or lack thereof, my elderly mother received during our recent visit to the emergency room at From the moment we were admitted, no one came to check on us or provide any updates on her condition. Despite her repeated requests for pain medication, she was left waiting without any assistance. This is completely unacceptable, especially given my mother’s age and vulnerability. The lack of attention and care shown by the staff was not only distressing but also negligent. We expected much better from a facility that is supposed to prioritize patient well-being. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with serious concerns about the quality of care at this hospital. I sincerely hope that management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to prevent future patients from experiencing the same level of neglect.

Sondra McBride So I moved to Texas in 2020 and 12/23/24 was my 1st time ever needing any medical attention. I went to Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital after work about 8:30pm. I had bruised painful swelling on my calf and ankle. I went to ER got blood drawn, x ray, and some radiology. Once I got completely registered I saw the Doctor. All the testing came back fine except my blood work. Doctor stated my hemoglobin level was at a 4 and stated I would need an immediate blood transfusion. Got the blood transfusion and it went smoothly. Thank you Jesus! I definitely wanna say I had a wonderful experience with each person I encountered. From registration, to everyone that ran test on me, the nurse that drew my blood, the nurse who cared for me etc, and the nurse that brought warm blankets etc. Of course the doctors and even security when I was discharged 12/24/24 at 6:32am. Shout out to the entire staff that worked during my stay, while attending to other patients. Thank you all so much for making my 1st time ever needing medical attention in Texas such a professional, caring, memorable experience. #GREATHOSPITALITY "A Hospital is just a building with a name but its the staff that make Hospitals GREAT or not so great!"

Tanya Tyrone-Jones I normally dont post, but I feel I must. My husband was brought to the Emergency Room by ambulance early Monday morning, December 5, 2024. I wasnt able to follow due to the fact I needed to take my mother to her doctors appointment, but soon afterwards I was there. When I reached the area he was in a pretty young lady (student nurse) was there asking him questions which he was unable to answer due to the state of mind he was in. I sat with him for about an hour, asking each employee about me speaking with the doctor or his nurse - NO RESPONSE from either. They had already admitted him, which I dont have a problem with. As his wife I needed to know the reasons that they found for him being admitted - SIMPLE, I thought but I kept getting the run around. The next thing that bother me, as his wife, I should have been brought in and discuss his future care. Without my consent the doctor, case worker, social worker and nurse decided to place my husband in a Skilled Nursing Home, is this the proper procedure? I was told after the facts. Plus no one called and said your husband is now being move, once again is this the correct procedure? I was told after the fact that Fort Worth Wellness & Rehab is a very lovely place (the place is pitiful and sad. 16 miles away from home thats 32 miles round trip). I would have never picked a place that far away for me to drive alone. I personally brought nice clean clothes for him to wear over but no they put the same filthy T-shirt back on him, again is this proper procedure? This is totally unacceptable for treating a person like this and not communicating with his wife. We still have RIGHTS in making decisions for our love ones not the hospital staffs. Please retrain/inform your employees that they truly have enough to do in saving lives and leave other decisions to the spouse and children.

Thanks to Drs in orthopedic, anesthetic, general pcp and nurses(Grace,Pam, Ray, can only remember a few). This was the best attentive care I received during my stay. The postpartum rooms were filthy, and overall, everything was a complete disaster. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. Please drive the extra mile to anywhere else
