5 /5 Whitney Morales: The bad reviews on google really made me pause before I took my daughter to this ENT, but my pedi recommended this provider, and Im so glad that I didnt go against her recommendation. We had a great experience with Dr.Franklin. He did an ear tube surgery on my 9 month old, and our follow up care has been great as well! He noticed one was clogged when we went in for our follow up and he took care of it right away. They prioritize babies and give the youngest kids the earliest appointments so as to get them in and out as quickly as possible.

5 /5 Lauren Lopez: Honestly, the reviews on here scared me to death. We ended up seeing Dr. Franklin regardless, and I am so glad we did. I wasn’t expecting a close relationship with him, as I would my pediatrician. He is a specialist! He was still very kind to my daughter and I am happy we went with him for her tonsillectomy. The front desk staff and his nurse were also very welcoming. The surgery went smoothly and she is experiencing mild discomfort. Thank you Dr. Franklin!

5 /5 Brooke Marshall: I feel compelled to leave a review as the negative reviews almost caused us to go elsewhere, and I’m so glad we didn’t listen. We saw Dr Franklin for my daughter’s chronic ear infections and had an extremely positive experience. The front office staff, our nurse and Dr Franklin were all kind and patient with my 15 month old. The office is very nice and clean, and there was zero wait time. She will be getting tubes and they were up front about the cost and relieved all of our concerns about the procedure. We feel very confident in our decision to go with Dr Franklin.

5 /5 Lindsey Turner: One of the best places I have been to! My esthetician, Ashley, was AMAZING. She has a great bedside manner and is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had so many questions and she answered them all with patience. I really liked the room too. It was very relaxing and smelled nice. Ashley made my skin GLOW. Will absolutely be back!
