Patrick Dominic Consistently long wait times. It amazes me that patients are disrespected in this manner. Please consider scheduling to meet demand or at least contact patients ahead of time that you are running late and by how much. Our time is just as important as yours.

Marina Behar Dr. Sreedevi Daggubati, MD is my Moms Dr. This office is Very Poorly run. My Mother was admitted to ICU due to their negligence. I called the office with her severe symptoms and they took a message and later send a generic email with "advice" including a fiber supplement- my mom was having severe diarrhea every 15 minutes and hadnt kept even water or her medication in going on 2 days. Its been 2 weeks and they still have not called us back with a plan on how to move forward with her care. We have been calling every day since her admittance to the ICU. Take your loved one elsewhere Cancer is enough to go through already without these uncaring people that are at this office that only see you as a Dollar sign. Ill be suing them for negligence. My Mother now will have lasting effects from going Septic for the rest of her life. Had the office told her to go to the ER sooner it wouldnt have been as severe. I am issuing complaints every where I can and warning and sharing with anyone and everyone. Id give Zero stars if I could. Dont trust your loved one with an over booked office that just wants a Payday.

Jazzie Baron Our experience with this oncology practice was nothing short of distressing. From the start, we had to make excessive follow-up calls just to get an initial referral appointment. Then, just one day before the scheduled appointment, they informed us that they hadn’t received all of the doctor’s notes. Despite our multiple efforts to ensure that all the necessary documents were sent—and even bringing them in hand—they refused to accept them.
The practice is overcrowded, and the initial check-in process is an unpleasant experience, with workers who clearly do not want to be there. The most alarming part of our experience was that my son was mis-staged by his oncologist for testicular cancer. The oncologist recommended three full rounds of chemotherapy—an incredibly aggressive and expensive treatment that most likely would have done more harm than good. We believe this mis-staging could have been fatal.
The chemotherapy experience itself was impersonal and apathetic, making us question the care my son was receiving. This practice is clearly overbooked, overcrowded, and not detail-oriented, which is incredibly dangerous in oncology care. Thankfully, we were able to transfer to Texas Oncology in Stone Oak, where a new doctor informed us that my son was mis-staged and should only undergo one round of chemotherapy.
Despite finding a better doctor, the overall experience with this practice remains horrendous. Their preferred method of communication is through their website, yet I still have two critical questions about chemo side effects that have gone unanswered for a month. This forced us to call multiple times, question everything, and dedicate our time like a full-time job to ensure my son received proper care.
I cannot emphasize enough—please, from the bottom of my heart, go anywhere else. Explore other cancer centers, and make sure you and your loved ones receive the care they deserve.
